Tech arrived on time. Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. service garage real quick and help me decided to replace the weather strip at the bottom of door. Went very well . Will use again AND ARE OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK.

Great job! Tech was on time and knowledgeable, He adjusted the torsion springs and lubricated joints. Door is now aligned and a lot quieter.

I was headed out and sadly I wasn't going anywhere. My garage door would not open, even manually. It was a Friday morning and I made a call to Sun City Garage Doors. Instead of a recording I actually got a human being. Nice! He said he could be out in about an hour. He was. I was given a recommendation along with all other options. Mind you I had a chain driven opener that was so noisy I'm sure the occupants above my garage door did not get much sleep since I'm a graveyard worker, I choose the belt driven opener and I must admit, I love it. It is so quiet I turn to see if it's actually closing. I would definitely go that route again. It is costly, but so is my happiness, Very pleased. Branden was the service man and he was very knowledgeable and efficient.

Came next morning (not emergency). Garage door was working then (of course), BUT service showed me how the door was heavy when trying to manually lift, it would not stay in place but wanted to lower itself. Explained this was due to the springs. Choice of tightening springs which are perhaps 15 years old, or replacing. Opted for replacing with top of the line springs with lifetime warranty. He lubed. Now door can be manually lifted with ease, stays in place, motor does not strain as much and no slamming sound.

They used to be Anytime Garage Doors, and they changed their name to this. I thought their prices were outrageous. It was for installation, and labor. Their service was excellent and they were prompt. I had a problem with my door and they were out here within a couple of hours. At one point we couldn't get the garage door up. One thing that I don't like about their openers, they aren't responsive. I don't know if it's a safety feature. I practically have to get right up to the door to get it to open. I don't like the new garage door openers remotes. The garage door itself is really quiet. I would probably call around and get some bids because, of the pricing.

.Called at 10.00 am, estimator was here within an hour. Gave us a decent estimate. Clayton knew what he was talking about. I was also glad that he had all the parts with him and that he stayed to do the job immediately. I was impressed with his knowledge about garage doors. Overall I was very pleased with the services extended to me and would call them again in the future.

It didn't go. The company didn't even respond to our message left on the Angie's List website two days earlier.

There were no troubles with scheduling and they arrived on time to the appointment. The technician did what he said he would do. Everything turned out very good.

The company owner and an assistant showed up a little early. They diagnosed the issue(s), and had replacement parts to install right then. They worked diligently, and after they fixed the obvious flaws, they also noticed other potential problems, which they also resolved. I am incredibly impressed with this firm, and most highly recommend that others use their services.

Technician (Donny) arrived at scheduled time (noon) on Saturday. Identified the problem (broken spring), told me available options & associated costs. I told him which option I wanted and he proceeded to do the work. I took him about 45 min (start to finish) to complete the job. He disposed of the old spring. Donny was a very personable young man and we chatted about life in Las Vegas while he was working (both had been in town for about 20 years). After he left, I checked Angie's List, to write a review, and discovered that Anytime Garage Doors offers a 10% discount to seniors. i called their office this morning & they agreed to honor the discount. The tech(john) was one time with a smile. He explained everything that needed to be repaired thoroughly . I agreed to the price and he started working right away. The entire time he was working he would answer my questions. I felt very comfortable with him working in our garage.After he was done he cleaned up all of his trash and took it with him. My door is working perfectly. I would definitely recommend Anytime Garage Door.

We did not use Anytime Garage Doors because their estimate was much too high.

I was overcharged for my service first of all and second which rubbed me the wrong way they took all the parts from the old door opener and kept them. I wasn't home and the person installing the new door opener never asked my wife if we wanted to keep the old parts. So I called them the next day when I found out all the parts were gone I forget who I spoke too but they expected me to drive to their office to pickup the old part! They took something that didn't belong to them and expected me to drive to their office I don't think so the right thing to have done would to have driving out to my house with the parts! I had installed a new garage door opener with motor, a single track, key pad and spring. Overall it works great and work was done.

We had our garage door repaired by Anytime Garage Doors because the one on my new house went out the day I got the keys. Yikes! The techs came out right away, diagnosed the problem and suggested a solution. They were prompt, worked quickly, cleanly, and the company gave us an extra discount on top of everything. When we asked about some possible upgrades we'd been thinking about, they recommend we don't waste our money and suggested some other cost-effective alternatives. I'll definitely be calling these guys again if we have any garage door issues...but they gave us a lifetime warranty, so it shouldn't be an issue!
