Probably the most unprofessional and overpriced services that I should have done myself. First of all the guy showed up asking me for some weed and he would give me a discount and the discount did not even at up the amount of weed he wanted The guy was very unprofessional and I think u just made up the price spot should have told him to leave. I would not recommend this company to anyone actually going to fill a complaint with the better business bureau that service was that bad.

The installation went great. Sun City Garage completes the work quickly, efficiently and correctly. They had all the parts needed right on the truck, so we got the job done in a single visit.

My car rear view mirror whacked my door roller track, bending it so the door would not go door. My phone call to Sun City was answered with concern. A staff member quickly appeared, replaced the track, and conducted routine maintenance. All with a smile and no smirks about my running into the framework. Love those guys! They’re the best!!!

Went very good. The door is insulated. It keeps a lot of the heat out.

They came out on a Sunday almost immediately and replaced my door and mechanism!!!

Tech arrived promptly, was courteous and helpful. Was done quickly and we've not had any problems since. Also, they sent me a text prior with both the tech's name and a photo so I knew exactly who to be expecting.

Not well and to add insult to injury, my husband and I own this home and are 77 yrs old and 82 yrs old and the Tech had the audacity to ask for my driver's licence when I paid him with my personal check. DO NOT USE SUN CITY GARAGE DOORS!

Good but deceptive at the end. I called them to repair my garage door (sensors wouldn't let it go up/down) as they installed it originally. No problem. Came out same-day (Friday) within the time-frame allotted. At the end, the tech asks if he can put a sticker up for the business. Again, no problem as the service was fine and it's handy to see the contact info if I have to call again. But over the weekend, I notice the sticker placed on my water heater is a plumbing service I've never used - and it clearly states "warranty void if sticker is removed or tampered with" ***???? I've never used that plumbing service, there's no sticker for the garage door, and it presumes something that is not true! I called on Monday to complain and the response is "well, it's just a sticker." NO. It's a deceptive form of advertising and makes a presumption - as I already have a plumber. "Well, just remove the sticker." I tried and the stupid thing won't come off without a lot of elbow grease and scratching up my brand new water heater. Very laissez-faire, unprofessional attitude from the guy I spoke with on the phone and I'm not happy about their seemingly deceptive practice ("well, we also have a plumbing business" is fine but that's NOT what I hired you for or to advertise)

Great. No problems with the installation. No issues subsequent to installation.

Work was done-garage door working fine and I saved $400. I had used Sun City before and also had a good experience. I would highly recommend them

Great. I love the unit he installed. It's SUPER quiet.

The initial Angie's List purchase was very quick.I told him, I said, "When the sun is rising and the sun is setting, it seems like it's really difficult to open and close the garage door." He said, "Oh, all you need to do is get a cardboard tube from the toilet paper roll and put it over the optical sensors." He didn't show me how to do it. He just said to put a toilet paper tube on there. Anyways, when he left it worked. I put the toilet paper tubes on there and it didn't work. I never called him back to tell him that. For the next week / 2 weeks, I had to open my second garage door to get in and out and manually hold the garage door button to close the main garage door. Basically, I spent $150 and ended up with the same problems I had before. Then, I wasn't going to call him back to have him go through that whole thing again. I had him come out and he fixed it while he was here and when he left, it was back to the way it was. When I made an appointment, he was there.

The company did not show. I called the company when they did not make the 3 hour window and they told me they would let me know in a few minutes when they would get there. They did not call and did not show up. I waited 4 hours for them and they did not even place a courtesy call.

Perfect would definitely use their services again

Some problems at first, but found resolution.

The technician was very through. He cleaned and lubricants the garage door track. He also explained an option that would make the door quieter. He was also able to answer questions about insulating the doors.

Not well, tech just sprayed WD40 on hinges...a waste of money!
