Description of Work: The lights of my garage door when either opened or closed had stopped working, and when I purchased the special deal, I paid extra (which was understandable) for the Tech to fix this problem, along with a smoother open and shut of the garage door. The previous person that came out here through Angie's List, charged me extra and I found out later, he did absolutely nothing that he claimed. I forget his name, but if you check your records, I am sure you know who this crook is. However, Sun City Garage Doors did a great job!

Description of Work: I called on Friday mid-morning to have my garage door checked, since a couple of panels were showing splitting & deformation. They came out that afternoon, gave me a good price (I had checked prices online at Lowes)and within 2 hours had replaced the door. They were fast, courteous, knowledgeable & professional.

Description of Work: They came out for a courtesy call for the garage door just before the annual plan was up. We were happy with the work they did. There were no problems. The opener had stop working. The technician was able to reprogram it and also show us how to maintain the door in the future. The technician was competent and very helpful. My experience with them was good.

Description of Work: The job was done, but we were unsatisfied with arrangements. We could not wait until 4pm and called to cancelled. To keep us as customer they promised to come in before 3, but came in at 5 pm. On the phone they said it will cost us $100, but when came, they said they do not have single spring strong enough and for double they charged $175. I would not recommend them.
