+ -1 moreThey came out prompt and didn't obtain a permit or didn't do what was required by the county. They only replaced the water heater and not anything else. They charged me $1189 for just replacing the unit.
Description of Work: They came to fix some plumbing at my home on an emergency call.

+ -1 moreThey were wonderful. They came right out found the problem, gave me an estimate, and stuck with it. They had to make pieces special just for the type of plumbing I have and they didn t even charge me extra for it.
Description of Work: We have manhole block plumbing and we could not get it shut off, so they shut it off. They also put in new piping for our kitchen sink and bathroom sink that was leaking.

+ -1 moreOverall, poor, F grade. Hose bib leaked and plumber had to be called back 3 times. Tee system installed improperly. Faucet installed 8" from power outlet. After pointing it out to the kid plumber, he told me I had to call the office. Took 3 weeks for them to show up to fix and then they did not install the proper Tee.
Description of Work: Replacement of supply pipes and hose bibs for 2 outside water faucets after hard freeze in Las Vegas. One of the supply lines had several valves and tee to feed to pool automatic filler system.
