+ 3 morePoorly with surprise extra costs, schedules not met, average to poor quality, bait and switch fixtures, products. These folks are flippers and they use your regular work to fill in. They use poor quality product unless you catch them and they mark up all items to retail plus labor plus overhead charges. This is a Scam Outfit- FLIPPERS IN VEGAS

+ 4 moreOverall, it was excellent. My advice would be to make sure you know who you are dealing with and hire the right company for a large project like this. Southwest Custom Construction did an excellent job for us and we will use them again and we would recommend them for any project large or small. We ended liking the interior so well that we had Tom send his crew to paint the entire exterior of the house. We are now the best looking house in the neighborhood!
Description of Work: We purchased a foreclosed home and it had been vacant for 2 years. Southwestern Custom Construciton was involved in this project from the demolition until we moved into to a beautifully remodeled home. I can' say enough about Tom's management of this project. We had a number of changes along the way and Tom was quick to give us good advice and very cooperative. As with all projects things don't always go smoothly. Whenever there was an issue, Tom was quick to remedy the situation to our satisfaction. His crew was very professional and they did excellent work. We added a deck, a patio, replaced all cabinetry, floors, plumbing fixtures throughout the house. We added new granite counter tops as well. We completely remodeled the master bath and it turned out beautifully.
