Garbage Disposal repair good, Toilet repair good, valve repair waste of time. Technician said that the pex piping in house was no longer legal in Nevada and could not repair. Wanted to replace all the piping in the house for $30,000. We found the parts needed to repair leaking value at home depot for $82 while technicians charged us $1088 for a temporary repair. Would not suggest anyone use SiverState Plumbing unless it is just for a simple repair. We wasted $1088 for nothing.

Let me get this straight.. you call a plumbing service because you have a problem to be fixed.. most likely ASAP..usually as they come... this company charges you a 60 dollar (let me look at it fee) then says I can’t fix it till the next day or so because “I don’t have the tools in my truck” (you are a plumbing service with a 12’+ truck) Then says 500+ for a cut and install of a 3” pipe. Wanted it done professionally but not drain the bank for a 20 min job... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The service went well. The technitian was friendly. Instead of opting to just have him do the warranty work on the line, we opted to go for the full replacement with the 6 year warranty.

Ricky had to unload his truck to go get the water heater, remove the old one and redid all the piping into and out of the water heater. Silver State came out the same morning they were called. As a senior citizen whose husband was out of town I woke up to water running down the driveway. Silver State did all the work and got the hot water going again in short manner. So all I had to worry about was drying out the garage. Ricky was friendly, helpful and had things back up and running quickly. He fixed the new water heater so it was earthquake safe and had new valves that were easier to turn off and we added a pan under the heater to catch water should this happen again. . Great job my husband was happy with the work when he got home 2 days later. great job. The price was about what I expected but still was more that I would have liked .The water heater he selected was a name brand with good reputation and reasonable price. I would use them again I do not feel he recommended anything that was not needed at the time.
