Job 1: None from mbr. Job 2: This company is great. I actually just called them today to schedule another service. They come out do a bang up job and are very professional. The price was good I thought and the work was above average. It does not take long for them to schedule an appointment with you as well.

Other than the price, and the installers inability to find the cartridge that was he supposed to replace, the service was OK. The installer was on time, very courteous and respectful. It was a very clean cut job.

We called Silver Starr after 2 1/2 feet of water flooded our back yard. He did arrive the same day but at 6:30 at night after it was already dark. I have to have compassion for the guy as many people in our area had the same problem. He was working with flashlights. The problem is that it still leaks a bit. The original charge for this work was fifty dollars higher than what we ended up paying. They did agree to adjust the bill. We have tried to get them back out here to fix the remaining leak but with no luck yet. I am pleased they came that day and would recommend them despite this glitch.

Estimate way too high for job.

The office staff were very courteous and professional on the phone. Unfortunately, on the day the work was scheduled, the worker had an emergency and needed to reschedule. Silver Star rescheduled and waived the service call fee (without my requesting compensation). On the rescheduled day, the plumber showed up in uniform, put on protective booties, inspected the job, and wrote an estimate. Their pricing is clear and straightforward. I agreed to the work and about an hour later he was done. He also told me how to prevent the problem in the future. If it weren't for my stubborn shower tile and all of the work he had to do to get to it, I would not have known he was in the house.

Bert came at the appointed time and gave us a estimate, he was here the next day to do the job and he was on time and was very efficient. We are happy with the work and would use Silver Star again for any needed work.

The gentleman was very professional and efficient.

Very prompt and courteous, even though it was night time. The obviously very experienced rep determined that the blockage was in the line between the house and the sewer line in the street. The rep used a high powered jet to clear the obstruction (which was considerable). It took some time to break through the clog. The rep offered to run a camera through the line to check further, at extra cost, which I declined. Company followed up with a call immediately after the rep left to ascertain whether the work was done to my satisfaction. Overall, a very satisfying experience.

The plumber arrived promptly. He was impeccably dressed and nice. He studied the problem for a few minutes and had all the equipment he needed on the truck. He had to turn off the main water supply to repair it. As far as I can tell at this point it is a perfect job. Not only was I satisfied, I was overwhelmed because he was so impressive.

Thought that the water pressure regulator was bad, but the technician first checked the water softener. He bypassed the softener and the pressure was back to normal. He checked the water pressure and found the pressure regulator to be in order. He also tried to fix the kitchen faucet but determined that the cost to fix would be about the same as buying a new one. We made an appointment for the following week. The technician was on time (actually a little early). He put on booties over his shoes so as not to bring in any dirt. He cleaned up and explained how the new water system worked. He was very pleasant and professional throughout. I would highly recommend them in the future.

Great overall experience - would recommend them highly. On time, enough workers to finish in one day, and very helpful. Kept everything clean, and even replaced the water lines into my washing machine.

My home was built in the 1970s and consequently, I never know when something may break or need to be replaced. Silver Star has been my plumber for two years, and they are the greatest. I belong to their awards program. Today is Sunday, my son fixed the sprinkler system, but it continued to sprinkle and flood the back yard. The technician was here within minutes and fixed my problem, also within minutes. Furthermore, he recommended I contact my sprinkler contractor, as their repairs would be less expensive. I have had Silver Star do several routine plumbing services, as well as some more expensive services. I have never had to wonder what my bill would be, and they are the most respectful of my time and my home, with very reasonable prices. They even wear booties, so they don't track anyone else's plumbing into my home. I cannot recommend them highly enough, I would give them an A+, if I could.

Silver Star cares a great deal about customer satisfaction. They are very punctual, go out on a limb to please, and call back the same day to check customer satisfaction. They follow up on complaints, honor their warranties, and work very diligently to meet customer needs. I must stress, that I was not AT ALL unhappy with Silver Star. They had given me what I asked for: a more powerful toilet. The subsequent self-cleaning problem was unanticipated, but they did not try to talk me into living with it. They are currently seeking a model of my choice to exchange for it.

Silver Star Plumbing did do a great job of getting the drain unclogged. There was a little mix up on the scheduling as they had forgotten us over the weekend. On Monday they sent out their best plumber to my house. We haven't had anymore problems with the drain since. I liked that he showed me how to get it unclogged if it were to happen again I can just fix it myself. They do charge by the job and not by the hour.
