 + 0 moreThe post were getting week due to rust and high winds. Also had been disconnected from block wall. He attached an extension to the fence so it could be reattached to block wall. Then attach supports on each side of three main post and put them in concrete. Then fence is as strong as new.

 + 1 moreRudolf and his assistant provided amazing service. I called to request service and Rudolf scheduled a visit the same day. He spent time looking at the water damage and provided an estimate. After agreeing to costs, he came the next day and started the work. Rudolf and his assistant showed up at 9 am and worked most of the day. Because initial work was done on Saturday, no work was done on Sunday, but repair work was completed on Monday. All work was completed within budget, no surprises, and work quality was excellent.
Description of Work: We needed to replace drywall in the garage after water damage caused by a leaking roof.

 + 2 moreThey were very easy to deal with. The work was above my expectations. When they were finished the fence was relocated and it looks brand new. Detail: They attached the fence securely to the house (which I had doubts about), and the block wall. They added a brace to secure the gate and fence together. The fence does not move at all. Before, the wind would work the bolts loose and the fence would lean. They even patched the old hole left in the house. A+++

I asked Rudolf to do something a little custom and he did exactly what I asked, as we tested the door we found that doing it the custom way I wanted wasn't as functional as I originally thought. Rudolf corrected the problem and even came back the next day to do some finishing touches at no additional cost. I was very happy with the service and our puppy is happy too! I would use Silver Desert again.

Description of Work: Rudy and Anton wrapped 10 strings of solar garden lights on a tall tree in December. Sadly, I should have, listened to the few negative reviews on Amazon, but thought our sunlight would keep the lights burning.. They returned to removed the lights and Anton wrapped each string so that they fit back into the original boxes for return and refund with Amazon. The tree is now lit by electricity.

 + -1 moreHe replaced the hinges, drilled new holes in the ground so that the metal rods could stabilized the gate allowing me to lock it. He did a wonderful job, I'm really pleased. In addition, he has a pleasant personality and knows his stuff. I recommend him highly.
Description of Work: He repaired the gate to my backyard, the hinges rusted off leaving the gate sagging so much that the metal stabilizers were out of alignment making it impossible to lock it.

His pricing was beyond reasonable and the work he performed was professional all the way from start to finish. I have passed his info along to my fellow loan officers and have no doubt he will be my "go-to-guy" for all future Las Vegas area clients. If you need someone honest, prompt, trustworthy and reasonably priced, give Rudolf a call. You will not be disappointment! A+ all the way!
Description of Work: I am a loan officer and have been working on a home refinance for a client in Las Vegas. I contacted Rudolf late Friday afternoon of the 18th of November. The only chance we had of getting this loan closed for my client was to have the work completed that weekend so we could have it reinspected the following Monday. I knew it was a long shot but thought it wouldn't hurt to try. I had just received the appraisal minutes before reaching out to Rudolf. To my surprise, Rudolf took 15 minutes out of his time to discuss our needs and promised he would do everything he could to squeeze us into his schedule the next day, Saturday the 19th. Rudolf called me first thing in the morning on Saturday letting me know he would be completing the job later that day. It was not a huge job but one of great importance to the homeowner. We needed 3 smoke detectors installed and safety straps to be installed on the water heater. I am based out of OK so coordinating the repairs could've been difficult but Rudolf made it so easy and I was able to enjoy my day knowing my client was well taken care of. I can't say enough about his professionalism and my client would say the same thing without question. She commented to me the following Monday on how nice and courteous he was. The loan closed that Wednesday and my client is ecstatic. Without the Silver Desert Handyman there is absolutely no way her loan closes when she needed it to.

We went through my list and he gave me a price up front for everything I needed done. His prices were very reasonable. He started the work the next day and completed everything as promised. He even went and helped pickup some paint and air filters that I didn't have. He was always very responsive and wanted to make sure I was happy with the work. I will definitely be using him again in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs an all around good handyman!
