"I had a serious irrigation leak last week at 7:30pm and Code Red saved me. I called and explained the situation and they sent Tod to my house within minutes. We had no idea where the leak was coming from, but Tod figured it out really quickly. I love to learn, so he let me "help" him by asking a million questions and holding a flashlight while he did the hard work. He came back the next morning once things had dried out to complete the job and get my water back on. He even worked with my landscaper to get the irrigation system up and running again. "The toilet was never fixed and the over charged us by at least $1500., when asked for a break down they never got back to us. next thing we know we, Lange Plumbing is putting a lien against our home for work that they never completed. They would not give us a break down for and never fixed our toilet. NEVeR USE this company as they do not work with and type of integrity what so ever. Save yourself a huge headache and run from this unprofessional company as fast as you can."

"I called American Brothers Plumbing to install a reverse osmosis under the sink. Everything seemed good. So, when my water heater needed to be replaced. I called them to install one I bought from Home Depot. The same plumber did both jobs. Our kitchen sink is in the corner (bad place). Because of the diamond cabinet in the corner. There is a large space between the cabinet and the wall. The interior of the cabinet was painted with water proofing paint. Because it help the sink. There was a leak between the cabinet wall and the house wall from the install of the reverse osmosis. Which was undetectable from inside the cabinet because of the paint. What made it worse. The only time we went in that cabinet was to change the water filters every 6 months. I noticed that the back wall of the cabinet was budging. I pushed on it and it was completely rotten. I removed the entire back wall of the cabinet and found the leak where the reverse osmosis connects to the valve. As of now, 3 cabinets need to be replaced because of water damage. I called them to let them know what I have found. They sent someone to take a look. He asked me if I had an invoice. I said no. Then the owner said, "I don't believe we did the job". There is only 2 things I want to tell the owner. 1. You should take responsibility for your workers. 2. Or you have someone going around doing work under your name and putting up stickers with your name, logo and phone number on it."

After clearing the shower drain, Nick (the owner) did an assessment of the drains system to identify situations that may need to be addressed at some future time. No sales pitch - just information. When finished, Nick and Dallas cleaned up the unavoidable mess that working on drains creates. Their rates are very reasonable and much lower than the quote I received from a national “chain name” for the same job. I definitely expect to call them again."
