Richards has done a lot of work on my manufactured home in 2022. Overall, I found Richard to be responsive, reasonably priced, flexible, thorough and concerned about the details. I worked with two main crews, and both crews were very good. We're just about at the end of the projects, and I would recommend Richards to anyone. Thank you for making my place look new, like you said it would!
Description of Work: Exterior siding replacement, skirting replacement, painted whole place, installed two new awnings, installed 2 new windows.

After using the services of another manufactured home service company with horrible results, I contacted Richard's Mobile Home Service through Angies List. Richard was quick to make contact with us and we were able to make an appointment soon after. The four man crew arrived on time and worked all day installing additional jacks and leveling my home. They accomplished what the previous contractor couldn't. Richard is a man of his word, he said he would get it level and he and his crew did! Great job!
Description of Work: Level a 1977 doublewide mobile home that had alot of settling, almost 1" in some areas. Also installed 15 additional jacks to help support the outter walls and centerline of home.

Asked for estimate to remodel our bathroom. Richard came and looked at the bathroom, took estimates and gave several good suggestions. Didn't hear back from him for several weeks. Played phone tag for several more weeks and never did receive the estimate.

yes I do remember meeting with you and yes we did play phone tag for several weeks , I had some more questions on the layout, my wife who also runs the office took ill and we were not in the office as usual. at the same time we were over whelmed the repairs from all the storms.We had 17 homes in your community alone with serious roof damage. Something my supervisors were able to bid in my absence, but on custom work such as yours I would be the only person working on the estimate . I didn't realize I left your note on Angie's list un answered. Sorry for the in convince. I hope you were able to complete your new bathroom. Richards,,

Description of Work: First, Richard came himself and communicated with me personally. His assessments of the repairs were so professional that I obtained some of his cards to handout to others, including my friends. The work was performed beautifully plus they did cleanup throughout the work. Will I use RMHS again? Absolutely!!! I would recommend this company!

Richard & his crew are the best. Very professional and knowledgeable. This was a very pleasent experience with wonderful results. They were very patient with my endless questions. They also cleaned up at the end of each day. Impressive group!
Description of Work: Total remodel of master bath, partial remodel of kitchen, painting entire mobile home including ceiling and installed new carpeting and railing on porch. Also did some rewiring inside.

Richards Mobile home and repair responded immediately to damage from a wind storm in November. I was given an estimate of services within hours of the request. The work was completed on time and within the estimate. This company does what it says and does it professionally. Rare for Las Vegas. Will definitely use again.
