I called the next day and was told a route supervisor would come out and look at what I put out at my curb and would also call me. No one ever did. I called again the next day and no one called me back. I have been emailing their customer service dept and they assured me by email it would be picked up and it wasn't. On Monday (which is our next scheduled trash day (They pickup every Thursday and Monday) they didn't touch anything again. I emailed and called again and was told there was a note on my account that there were some nails on my baseboards and the 1 garbage can was heavy (I can understand the 1 can being overweight) but there are only 2 nails in each baseboard and they were such flimsy ones, that I went out there and bent them over with my thumb. After another email with the same guy from customer service (Raul Aguilar) he told me he showed my status as picked up. WHICH IT STILL HASN'T BEEN!. I called again today now that it's been 7 days and she tells me on the phone about the note in my account about the nails (which has been fixed), I told her that the garbage men didn't complain about that when I was out there the first day face to face with them. His only comment was his truck was getting full, NOT that I wasn't within regulations. I also again asked for the 5th time for a supervisor to call me back and she said it would take a few days. I told her she had til 12 noon today and that she already had 7 days for someone to call me and no one has. I called back 5 minutes later and told someone else I want an operations manager to call me TODAY and if they don't call me back by 12 noon then I'm going to the next level and will contact my local news and the city, and will send pictures as well to proove I'm within their guidelines of their website.
