We wanted to find a condo to purchase for our future retirement in Las Vegas and wanted to rent it out for a few years. We went to an open house and met Kelso. He gave us the names of several vendors he used including a credit checking agency and repairman. His help has been invaluable to us in our landlord experience. When our tenant wanted to add a roommate, he again shared his experience and knowledge with us on the matter.
