Description of Work: Our pool was a real mess, a bad back in our house has led to general neglect. After checking with the great guys at N.P.S. on Boulder Hwy., and checking in with Angie's List we decided to go with Progressive Pools. Chad, the owner & his asst. did a complete drain, acid wash, cleaned the (filthy!) filters, and gave all the mechanics a good look-over. Generally brought the pool back to top condition.We were so impressed with Progressive, we've hired them to for weekly cleaning and maintenance. After using a few other pool cleaners over the years who've been less than acceptable- Progressive's been terrific, really doing everything well (cleaning filters, etc., included in the monthly price, $115.00. That may sound high but you get what you pay for!) Chad was, and continues to be quick and responsive to any questions we might have. Again, great company (licensed, insured, etc.,) and remember the price you spend does really equal what you get when dealing with pool service companies in Las Vegas.

+ -1 moreGreat. Chad was so easy to deal with and after completing the work I had to call him to ask how to operate our equipment. He had already gone over it with me but this time talked me thru the process over the phone. He didn't suggest I do more work than was necessary. He has been available to us for any questions. Totally great company, defeinetly reccomend him to anyone.
Description of Work: Chemicals balanced in a pool that sat unserviced for a awhile. Repaired pump motor and helped remove algie stains.

+ -1 moreA year's worth of excellent service from them and still going strong! When you call them, you are actually dealing with the owner--Chad. They have very reasonable prices. He is completely trustworthy and is taking care of my business for me. It is very hard to find good contractors in Las Vegas, ans this guy is great. In June, he repaired the pump, and instead of having to replace it, he saved me about $600, fixing it instead of replacing it. The pool pump has been working just fine since then. We were also having problems with the chemical balance in the pool. He did his work without me being there. I am in a military family living out on the East coast, and I never have to worry about him at all. I would reccomend him to anybody.
Description of Work: I called them to do some work on our pool. They were so good, that we hired them do our regular maintenance. He has maintained my pool for over a year-- same fantastic service all along.
