ProCleanLLC Carpet & Tile Cleaning

I was very pleased with the service from ProClean. They were excellent. The owners,(Mr. Jeff and Mrs. Rose) are a husband and wife team. They were both very friendly, very polite. They were also very prompt. They do their job well. They were very informative and told me about the chemicals they used, which is eco-friendly. (That was a plus for me, because most cleaning chemicals are way too strong for me. Theirs isn't. There was no residue left behind. Everything looked and smelled nice and fresh.) For the price I payed them,(which was very reasonable and much cheaper than I would've payed, had I used another company with a coupon) I am very pleased with the service. I will be a repeat customer of theirs from here on out. I love ProClean! And my bathroom tile & grout is the cleanest it's ever been since I've lived here.

I found a $99 coupon for three rooms for ProClean so I used them. They ask about the age and type of the carpets and the type of stains or odors you need removed. I had them clean the carpets in a rental unit to remove cigarette odors and pet stains. The pet stains were fairly fresh (from my dog about a week ago). The carpets came out great and the odors are completely gone. I used them a second time to clean the white carpets at my dad's house and they not only cleaned the carpets but also the dust that builds up on the base boards. The carpets came out looking like new with clean baseboards. They are a husband and wife team and they both come to do the carpets, not a hired employee. And, they remember you. I will definitely keep using them. I highly recommend them.

We recently bought a home and wanted to have the carpets cleaned before we moved in. We know that the carpets were professionally cleaned before it was up on the market. We contacted ProClean LLC Premium Carpet Cleaning and are so happy that we did. Jeff showed us the machine he uses to do a seven step, thorough deep cleaning process which actually cleans down to the very bottom of the carpet. Were we surprised when he showed us what came out of these carpets and to think we might have been walking on this filth made me cringe. Our chocolate colored carpet looked so much better and even newer. The pile stood straight up, not flattened like before. It also smelled a lot better instead of chemical residue. Mr. Jeff Oakley of ProClean LLC presented himself as very professional, knowledgeable, honest, dependable and very concerned with our wishes. He explained the cleaning process, how long it would take to clean the carpet in the house, drying time and what differences we should notice after they were cleaned. Also there were never any upcharges or additional charges in the final invoice. He stood by his quote. Honesty and integrity from this company is so much appreciated….not to mention the cleanest of carpets!!!! His slogan “Now you have a friend in the carpet cleaning business” is literally a true statement because I feel I do indeed have a new friend. I would never use any company other than ProClean LLC to clean my carpets. You will be a very happy camper if you give them a call to clean your dirtiest of carpets.
