Description of Work: They didn't seem to want to work on my laptop, it felt more about replacing it with a very expensive new one. I had previously purchased a PC Laptop with lifetime service. However, when the motherboard started to fail and the computer would shut down on its own, they informed us they could no longer get the parts to fix it but they would be glad to accept it as a trade towards a new one. PC Laptop used to be a great place to take equipment, but now it seems like it is all about selling something new.

+ -1 moreTold Robert what I was experiencing a computer virus perhaps. He asked very specific questions and engaged my PC tower and confirmed my thought. My small young children play video games or they used to play on it and Robert asked if leaving it would be okay. Robert was very professional, friendly, plus, it's a local computer shop that I would recommend 100% to anyone! I received 4-star service and no lines! Thank you for saving my computer (all my pictures and documents) !!

+ 0 moreI am very happy with them. Their prices on a new laptop are not competitive as far I am concerned. A new laptop with them will cost $1700 or $1800 and I can't afford that, but it does include lifetime service for their computer and any other computer in my house. Actually, I wish I could afford it. With my old laptop, I had a couple of issues I couldn't deal with myself and they fixed them for me. Their prices were reasonable. They were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, reliable. I went back there several times with my old laptop. I have since replaced it and if I have any computer problems they will be the first people I call. They are excellent on their customer service and they would sometimes fudge the price a little bit in my favor. They are extremely helpful and extremely customer oriented and were very, very good. If they can't fix it, they don't charge you. The store that was closest to me was closed and the other is 20 miles away and I would still go to them first.
Description of Work: I last used PC Laptops Henderson in August of 2012.

Description of Work: I took a non-working computer tower into PCLaptops and was greeted by Richard Preston the technician on duty. I explained the problem with the computer and after some bench-testing he explained that I needed a video card but, the tower I had was probably a work station computer and it would not be cost effective to repair. He volunteered to turn the tower over to the organization for the blind. Richard gave me my hard drive,
