Description of Work: They built our home and kept it repaired until we were able to move in in 2012. We had a high pressure water line to our toilet burst due to faulty installation and could not recoup anything from Pardee as we were told they had filed for chapter 11. Customer service was outstanding but quality of construction was lacking.
