Pacific Sales Kitchen and Bath Henderson

Albert and others working at Pacific Sales provided accurate information and helpful assistance when we were selecting our new kitchen dishwashers, cooktop, and wine refrigerator etc. During each of our store visits, they attentively listened to our needs and made helpful suggestions but we never felt pressured to make a purchase. After purchases, deliveries were made on time and products were as expected. We would definitely use Pacific Sales again because of the great service we received.

They were very helpful and courteous

The salesman was not pushy and was able to answer all of my questions. When I was looking for a television I first went to Costco, but no one was available to assist me. Pacific Sales price was the same for the television I wanted, they walked me through the purchase and were able to add the TV purchase to the delivery truck which was scheduled for the next day.

The overall experience was great as we're the prices. They installed the new Sub Zero and did a perfect job. They gave us a special price on the TV. Our sales person, Albert was special. He went out of his way to make sure we got what we wanted at a good price. He was very professional and performed follow up calls to make sure we were satisfied. I would recommend anyone to shop pacific sales and to ask for Albert.

Pacific Sales Kitchen and Bath Henderson subcontract installation, as I recall. The salespeople were quite good: they weren't pushy and they had a lot of answers to our questions. Things that we didn't know about they took the time to explain so that we would understand it. That meant we could make a smart purchase which I think we did. The salesperson who sold it to us probably spent an hour and a half with us, and he was very good and very knowledgeable. I would go back to him if I had to buy another one - I would go to him first. The installation experience was good. They showed up when they said they would. They took their time to put the oven in right and they tested it before they left. It went fine. The whole sales and installation went quite well. We would go back to them if we were looking for equipment for the home. I would go back there first and check out their prices and see what 'my' sales guy could tell us and take it from there. He is a sales guy, but he is trustworthy. I feel the price was fair.

My wife and I purchased a home in Las Vegas while visiting there to explore retirement opportunities. Being that we are not from Las Vegas nor familiar with where to shop, I used the internet to narrow down my search of businesses I wanted to get prices from for the refrigerator that we knew we wanted as well as a washer and dryer for the new home. One of the places I called was Pacific Sales and was connected with Albert Vazquez. I indicated that I was from out of town, would not be moving to Las Vegas full time for quite some time, and had only a couple of days in which I could take delivery. Albert was very pleasant to talk with and assured me that he could take care of everything for me. Being that I some what do not trust sales people, it put me in a spot to where I had to make a decision to purchase and trust what Albert was saying or wait until I could do everything in person. Long story short, we decided to go with Pacific Sales and trust everything would work out during our short visit to our retirement home. On the day after Christmas the truck arrived as schedule and the appliances delivered and set up as promised. ( Although I was informed by another major business in town to wait until after the holidays due to everything normally goes on sale, Pacific Sales price to me still beat the holiday sales price of the competitor.) My wife and I visited Pacific Sales while we were in town so we could meet Albert to thank him for the wonderful service as well as to look at the additional appliances we plan on purchasing in the coming year. I have just started using Angie's List for the Las Vegas area after being familiar with using it up in Seattle. I have to be honest here that if I had read the other review before I had made my purchase I probably would not have gone with Pacific Sales. I guess there is a reason for everything that happens and just glad that my trust was somewhat restored by the great service Albert provided us.

The did an excellent job. I was very pleased with what they showed me. The installation was excellent and they came on time. They were in and out in 45 minutes and they did what I wanted. They were very professional and they knew exactly what they were doing.
