Orange Carpet Cleaning LLC

We had 2 carpets that had been in a rental unit for three years. One of the carpets had grease stains and was pretty beat up, the other had pet urine odors. Orange Carpet Cleaning did a great job - we didn't think these carpets were salvageable, but they actually looked great when the cleaning was through! Great Job. Will definitely use again.

The overall process was pretty fast, i thought it would be like steam cleaning, but their process was kind of vacuum cleaning with minimal or no water used. They say it new and advanced technology with carbon crystals. they charged a bit more for deep cleaning in the living room, but i saw no additionals chemicals or solutions used for deep cleaning. Scheduling was easy and Dennis arrived on time at my rental. I have used him in my own home with great results. He started with the bedroom carpet and them moved throughout the house with the grout and tile cleaning equipment. Orange's equipment is powerful and on a large truck. I was surprised at how brand new the tile and grout appeared in two bathrooms, an office, a hallway and a very large living area when he finished, because much of it looked terrible to begin. He explained things thoroughly and put my water hose back neatly when he finished. He was polite and professional, as usual.

They scheduled a convenient time for me right away. Dennis called 20 minutes prior to arrival, and arrived on time. We have dogs so there were some areas that needed extra attention. I have used Orange four other times, and when I started using them maybe 4 years ago we had problems with our dogs urinating on the carpet. Orange was able to get the smell out. Dennis looked over the areas I needed cleaned and told me the the order in which he would do it. He is very professional and friendly and I (and my dogs) am comfortable around him. Orange has equipment to clean narrow spaces around the toilets (other companies have not been able to do that for me). He also got the stairs clean which surprised me because my dogs track a lot of black soil off the streets when we go for long walks. As for the tile and grout, I have had other major companies give me a demonstration of their work, and they don't come close to the work Dennis from Orange does. I had some problems with grout being left in recessed parts of the tile when it was laid, and he made it look 300% better because he was thorough. We tried other companies in the past, and I would never go back to using them. I have referred Orange to others, and the other people/offices already use them and feel the way I do. I know they used to clean the model homes carpet for the developer who built this home so I was comfortable trying them, and as I recall someone referred them to me. I feel comfortable leaving this worker in my home working on another floor. I have never had a problem with them. They take the time they need to do an excellent job, so if I was going to have a party, I would have them come at least a day before.

They did a very good job and were fairly priced. They were prompt and were very courteous. The guy on the phone I called was very nice and set up the appointment. I liked them very much and I would use them again.

Orange Carpet Cleaning's price was a little on the high side. My experience with them was good. I think they were on time, they got the garage floor pretty clean, and if I saw any spots they needed to still get out they worked on them.

They were willing to work with me on a schedule and if I picked a time they were pretty much available. Their availability was very good and also if I had an issue they came right back out with no charge.
