They do a very good job, and they're reasonable. I like the price. They price well. They come out every other Tuesday. They are punctual.

They gave me plenty of options as far as rock types and plants, and installed the entire thing in two days max. They had to flatten out part of the yard, and the whole thing was done lickety-split. I was really happy with the rocks as they balanced out my house's paint color. The plants they suggested are pretty low maintenance (Star Jasmine, Japanese Privet bushes, Lantana ground cover), and they even all survived that major freeze of January 2014. I get compliments on it and am very happy. I intend to use them again for my backyard.

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Their and quot;serviceand quot;, if you could actually call it that, is horrible. Our community has a service contract with them for weekly landscaping. The contract is quite clear as to what is expected from them. We have to constantly call, send emails, etc. to remind them to sometimes do the very basics...like mow the lawn! Shrub trimming is sporadic, and they never deadhead flowers that are planted. Another problem we have had, is that the on site manager in charge of our contract has changed at least 3 times in a year. Newtex did not inform us of the manager changes, which made it very difficult to lodge complaints as we were trying to contact the wrong person. Poor business practice, in my opinion. I can say that they eventually do respond to calls or emails, but our phone calls should be far and few in between, provided they were doing the job they are being paid for in the first place. Save yourself the aggravation, find someone else.

I called for an estimate and they could not get out for over a week. They said they would call back to confirm the appointment we set would work with their estimator; they never called back. They did however show up for the estimate that it assumed they weren't coming for. They were very helpful and said I would have the estimate the next day. Well it has been 3 days and I was able to get another company to estimate and repair it already.

We had quite a good idea of some of the features we wanted for our new garden. Justin the landscape designer listen to all our ideas, then refined them and came up with a great plan. He was very helpful in helping us choose the pavers and other building supplies, meeting with us several times so we could actually see our options. Once the work started, Adonai and his crew, were incredible. They turned up early every day and worked extremely hard. They took care of organizing all deliveries, and were always responsive to my wishes and any changes we made as the work was done. Best of all though was their attention to detail. It was a big project including retaining walls, a sunken area, a raised area with fire pit, pavers and flagstones and everything was done immaculately. At the end of each day the guys tidied up and when the project was complete they did a great job a cleaning everything, washing everything down. We are very happy with our new garden. We decided t do most of the planting ourselves, so once we have got all our plants in, it will look spectacular. Can't say enough good things about Adonai and his crew, they did an amazing job.

Overall it went well. Missed estimated completion date by a couple of days, but that wasn't a problem for us. They were adaptable and willing to make changes as they went.

We called Newtex. They gave us a good bid. I was considering and would have paid $1,000.00 for this job. There bid $550.00. They were on time and removed old trees by hand and chainsaw. They removed large portion of sprinkler system in back yard and replaced it with new parts. They had to dig new holes to plant the new trees. Trees were arranged where we wanted them. Excellent job.

They have done a real good job. They are reliable and they know their business. They know what they are doing.
