They were very professional & thourough. They had to do major work getting the oven to fit. This involved cutting drywall, rerouting the gas line, the 110V line & the 220V line. They gave me an estimate on the oven installation. It was more than I expected but when I saw the work they had to do, I was satisfied. They were extremely professional and helpful. The microwave vent was falling a part & they recut it to make it fit better & look good. THe appliances were delivered over a number of days so the work was done as the individual appliances were delivered. They were always punctual & called each time when they were about 20 minutes away so we would be ready for them.

Phil and Chad did call ahead, but not the correct number - not a big deal as I was home.They obviously have installed appliances many time before, as it went quickly and successfully. Phil seemed to be the worker bee and Chad the boss. A couple of days later, when I called again to have them install a microwave, the roles reversed. I was glad to see the distribution of labor was democratic. The speed of installing the microwave was amazing and did require both of them. I think the $80 was well worth it, as I could not have done it myself.The fact that I called them back for a second job speaks for itself.

The man who came to install the dishwasher was very professional and friendly from the start. He came in, measured the opening to make sure it would fit then unboxed the dishwasher and brought it in. Once it was installed (he was very quick) he turned it on to make sure it was working properly and showed us how to use it. He even was really nice and said hi to our dogs (I put them behind a baby gate usually when contractors come to the house). Our puppy was a little scared of the new dishwasher but it turns out he was a dog lover and he let her come over and sniff it while he pet her. Overall it was a great experience and I would hire this company again.
