house cleaning
 + -1 moreI bought a Livingsocial deal for 2 hours of housecleaning. It took several attempts before they were actually able to come out to my home during a date and time we could agree upon - and it was after the voucher expired (even though I had called before the expiration date). At one point, they marked the voucher as "used" and I had to call Livingsocial to get it fixed. Because the only day available was during my work hours, I called my adult daughter and she came over to meet the housecleaning duo. It was supposed to be two individuals for one hour and they were supposed to come by on 3/20/2014 from 9-10am. Nobody showed and despite several phone calls from both my daughter and myself, they never called back. It's 3/25/2014 and I still haven't received a call back. The worst thing is that because they couldn't come out until after the voucher expired, I could not get a refund from Livingsocial either. So the owner took my money and provided no service. Absolutely unprofessional!
Description of Work: They were supposed to provide 2 hours of housecleaning; however, we agreed upon 1 hour of housecleaning from 2 individuals.

 + 0 morethe neighbor came in and also said it was a bad job and told us not to pay them , i would not recomend them to anyone .
Description of Work: for the money their brought kid to do the work , kid do not do a good job , it was sloppy, and they skiped around and didnt do one room complete, it was not the job i expected, for the money , had to clean again
