Las Vegas Quality Water Works

I used Quality works via contracted through lowes. Quality works did an amazing job and are very professional! Larry worked hard and got the job done! When you purchase at Lowes they state that they wil not drill a hole in granite for reverse osmosis but Quality works is awesome and for an additional charge will put the hole in for you! Just let them know when they contact you for installation!! What a great and professional company!

My husband and I bought a water softener through Lowe's who contracted Las Vegas Quality Water Works to install it. 16 months later we have an issue with it and call them to check it out. $80 just for them to show up and check it out. I understood the Labor Warranty was only a year but more for the other parts depending on what it was. Turns out the piece we had problems with wasn't under warranty so they charged us $140 for that part. Big Rip Off! Called the manufacturer Krystal Pure/Ameriflow. They would have sent us the part for $25. We called Las Vegas Quality Water Works for overcharging on the part. Tony, the representative for the company didn't do much but tell us what we could've done after the fact. Not helpful at all. They only thing you can do is call someone to tell you what the problem is and then call the manufacturer yourself for the parts so you don't get price gouged. Beware! -------UPDATE--------- Las Vegas Quality Water Works called me back on Friday 7/18/2014. I was surprised to hear from them . They decided to charge us only for the service call $80 and changed the fee on the part to $40. That is what should've happened in the first place. They have redeemed themselves. Now I can change my rating. Thanks!

This is the second year that I have used Las Vegas Quality Water to service my R/O system. Their prices are far better than the service I used previously, and their service has been more reliable. They came out within a day of my call and were in and out of my house in less than an hour. The service tech was friendly and informative. I plan on using them for this service from now on.

They came out to install the water filter. He did a nice job on the plumbing portion, but I felt the technician did not know what each piece was or how to install it well. I would not use them again. I did feel the price was reasonable for the parts and labor.

My experience with Stephen Everett from Las Vegas Quality Water works Inc was one of the best experiences I've had with a service person coming to my home. Him and one of his servicemen by the name of Robert showed up on time , introduced themselves . Very nice and very professional along with being extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy . This is so important when you are having someone you don't know come into your home. My system that I have is from another company that I would not have service it because of their horrible customer service . I chose Las Vegas Quality Water after going on Angie's list . I'm so glad I did !! I will be having them back to service my RO system, replace the filters and I also am having them come back out for installation of new kitchen faucet.

The Tech (Robert) showed up on time within the specified window. He was Professional, dressed neatly and very attentive. He installed the unit fairly quickly despite some home issues that slowed him down. The job was thorough and he explained the system too us so we could understand what to do and expect. He cleaned the area throughly before he left and double checked everything.

We had an RO system that we bought from Costco. I called the company to ask where we could get a new RO faucet as I thought it was corroded. They recommended Las Vegas Quality Water works and I checked to make sure they were listed on Angie's List which they were. I called them and spoke to Steve, the owner who told me to bring samples of water from the RO system and from one of the bathrooms. He tested them and the RO system was fine but the one from the bathroom which uses our water softener was horrible. Andy, the supervisor came out the next day to try to fix the water softener. We decided that rather than fix it, to replace it with a new two piece model. The price was a bit high but when we saw the Made in America label and flag affixed to the unit, it was worth it. Besides both Steve and Andy were professional, pleasant and specialists in water systems. The unit comes with a five year warranty from them for part and labor. We would certainly use them again.

I have used in the past. I lease my home and they maintained my softner since 2004. Excellent and progessional, especially with my residence in Calif to maintain trust in my home in Henderson ,nv.i I will call upon them everytime.

VERY upfront about all aspects of water softener and purifier....NO pressure in sales....the price quoted on the phone had no gimmicks and the work performed was done in slightly more than an hour! The warranty/service seems to be excellent and if the installation was any indication, I'm sure service will be great.

Juan came and did the installation, he was on time and could not have been more professional. After the installation he took time to explain how the softner and heater worked. He also checked all the faucets for clogs. GREAT job!

Installed a water softener we purchased at R.C. Wiley. They came when they said they would, did the job, and explained the operation to us. I will definitely call them first for any other plumbing needs.

I needed to replace my 21 year old water softener. I started checking online and was overwhelmed by all the information, so I decided to call a couple of local companies. By far, Quality Water Works was the most receptive. I spoke to Juan Juarez who said they don't really have a show room, but that I was welcome to come to the shop and see what they carried. When I arrived at the shop Juan took me to the work area and showed me the home water softeners. Based on my needs. we narrowed it down to two. Juan gave me the pros and cons on both units and answered all of my questions. At no time did he try to sell me a system. I called the next day with my choice and was set up for installation a few days later. Chris Dimas, the installer, was on time, friendly and professional. He installed and re-plumbed the new unit, briefed me on the operation and left the place neat and clean. The next day, I sent an e-mail to the company asking for warranty information. I received a reply the next day from Stephen Everett who provided the warranty information. He said the warranty paperwork was being printed. So far the unit is working fine and we now have soft water throughout the house.

They are really good. They have always been on time and they are very friendly. They don't overcharge so they are reasonable in their prices. They seem to be pretty honest. They've been coming out for 3 years.

Water softener broke down. I went over to Lowe's just to get Whirlpool water softener, and they are contracted with this company to do the installation. Chris came by and did the installation. He explained any issues I may have, and he answered all my questions. He was friendly and did a good job. I would definitely use them again.

We called LV Quality water when we noticed our water softener was not working.The broken unit allowed the sand like material to enter all of our plumbing. It was a huge mess to say the least. Chris the technician that was sent out showed us how to clean the plumbing and gave us an estimate for a replacement unit. The unit was installed on Friday. On Saturday we noticed a leak and called the service number and the owner of the company came over and installed a new gasket and got us up and running in time. True Customer Service!

Andy from Las Vegas Quality Water Works had installed a water softener in our previous home about 8 years ago. He had given us such great service that we purchased a water softener and filter system for us and one for my mother-in-law. I found that their prices for systems are very reasonable and that the softeners need little maintenance other than adding the potassium. We got a five year warranty on our systems. When we have had a question or need minor service they usually send a service man within two days of our call. They have never charged us for a service visit related to the system. Because we use potassium for our softening and the great filtration system included in the unit, our water taste very good. No chlorine or other weird tastes. We are very pleased with their products and service.

A very nice young man by the name of Chris Dimas showed up on time. He called me first to let me know he was on his way. After the installation he showed me how to operate the softener and answered the numerous questions I had for him.

I had an appointment set up with the owner. A technician showed up on time and replaced the old water softner with a new one that we've purchased from RC Willey. He even picked it up from the store and brought it over. The installation was done quickly and we now have a working water softner.

Overall good experience. Good communication, showed up when then said they would. Noticed small leak after installation and they responded quickly to fix and solve problem.

Our slightly more than 2 year old water heater ceased to function. Would not stay lit. Of course, this happened on a weekend. since I was traveling out of town that Monday, I could not wait for a weekday. I pulled my water heater warranty which said it was warranted for 6 years. The instructions on the warranty said to contact the installer, which we did. The only positve part of the experience was that they arrived that day and generally within a reasonable peiod of time. My partner showed the service person the warranty agreement and he said "I don't have any interest in that." He proceeded to look at the water heater and about 20 minutes later said he was done and handed us a bill for $275 for service. He provided no estimate before completing the work or anything. I could just about have purchased a water heater for that. I will not use these people again and I will advise others against it as well.
