Description of Work: We were assigned to have our RO and water softener system installed by Costco in 2013. Everything was great. The first time we scheduled them to come out in 2014 to change the RO filters they didn't have the right filters. They had to order them and come back a second time. No biggie. In 2016 I tried to schedule them to come out to perform the same service and to check out the water softener system for a basic tune up, they never called back. Yesterday February 9, 2017 I called them again to schedule the same yearly maintenance. I hesitated to try and I really should have called someone else but I called them again. I had a window from 1-4 today the 10th of February. Guess what no show. I texted the tech who had had me send him pics of my RO filters yesterday to make sure that he brought the right ones at 5 minutes to 4pm. He responded with "not going to make it, we'll have to reschedule " . I guess they weren't even planning to call and let me know that they weren't going to show up. I get it life happens but you need to let your customers know. We've also contacted Costco to let them know that the Costco quality isn't happening.

Description of Work: THE COMPANY ABOVE IS THE BEST AT THE WATER PROBLEMS, THEY NOT ONLY PROVIDE A QUALITY WATER CONDITIONER, RO SYSTEM BUT THEY ALSO TAKE CARE OF PLUMBING ISSUES. THEY CAME OUT ON A CALL THAT WE ASKED FOR . PUNCTUAL, ON TOP OF THEIR BUSINESS, DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND THEN HAD A TECH OUT INSIDE OF AN HOUR TO FIX OUR PROBLEM. QUOTED ONE PRICE AND THE TRUE PRICE WAS HIGHER BUT STUCK WITH QUOTE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THE OWNER IS STEPHAN AND HE HAS SEVERAL TECHS THAT DO EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO DO.

Description of Work: The provider checked the equipment in the garage first. Then he went to the guest bathroom and tested the water faucet there. Then he went to the kitchen sink and examined the equipment there and below the sink. I think he changed the filter too. Before leaving he explained the status of things.

Description of Work: Called company and were told they don't come to give you an estimate, instead refer you to there website. There is no showroom either to see the products. Can not see spending money with a company that runs a closet operation. It is a scary thought knowing there is no place to go for recourse.

There had never been a water softener in our home so we needed everything. Their price was very fair. Juan was the installer. He was great....very professional and very knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly to us. I would call them again and would recommend them highly!!

 + 0 moreThis process was good from start to finish. Over the phone, they were able to correctly diagnose the problem and provide an accurate estimate. They came the next day, verified the problem, and took the softener away. It was returned the next day and reinstalled, and the fix appears good. Highly recommended. As for the value, I did not do a lot of calling around, but it seemed fair for the work done.

 + 0 moreEveryone that I have met at Las Vegas Quality Water Works has been so knowledgeable and very professional! I did a lot of research on water softeners before I decided to purchase the Fleck 5600 water softener from them. There are definitely cheaper water softeners on the market, but if you want one of the best rated water softeners that will last longer than the ones that the major retailers will sell you, then I suggest to do your homework and look at the Fleck from LVQWW. They give you one price that includes absolutely everything including installation,unlike some of the other large home improvement stores that may quote you a slightly lower price for the unit, but then tack on a few hundred dollars to the price for everything that is "extra". LV Quality Water Works gives you a 5 year warranty on parts and labor on the water softener, and being able to get the service and support from a local company is definitely a bonus. I would highly recommend this company if you want a high quality water softener, local support, great service, and a fair price.

 + -1 moreWe moved into our new house and wanted our water softner serviced. To our dissapointment the water softener was old and did not work. Dale came out to do the servicing and suggested a new model. I thought $1100.00 was a bit pricey but they would do all the installation. We made our appointment for installation and Andy the installation guy came out. He was polite, professional, and answered all my questions. Installation took about an hour. A few hours later one of the pipes was leaking. I called and Andy came back within the hour and fixed the leaking pipe. We haven't had any problems since. Although they are a bit pricey, they did a great job and were extremely responsive to our concerns. I would recommend them anytime. They did a great job!

He also looked at the water softening system and advised me that I did not currenlty need salt but suggested that the company contact me in a few months and ask me to check the level. If at that time salt is needed then I could have them stop by with salt. He was very honest and professional.

Overall, service excellent, good advice. Friendly. Amount paid for work was less than estimate. YIPPIE! Would use them again. However, I would recommend this company without hesitation.
