Bought a chandelier and light in the store after seeing the item on-line. The sales person wasn't very knowledgeable. The on-line light said it included a remote and blades. I also asked for a light switch to be included in my purchase. I get the box home and no blades, no remote and no light switch. I called the store on Monday 6-10-13 and placed an order for the missing items with a sales clerk. I paid with my credit card and was assured that the latest the item would be received would be Thursday 6-13-13. Friday morning I called the store and they can't find the transaction and can't find the order. I will never shop that store again. I will return the item and reorder on-line. This lack of service is unprofessional and they deserve the rating. As an update, I improved the rating for this store after speaking with the manager in the store. I had to get loud to have him come out into the store to deal with me. He was on the phone; I was told. He, however, made arrangements to have the fixture installed free of charge; gave me a better remote and threw in a fan chain. He refunded the money on the fan blades and remote (over $50.00). The electrician was on-time and good at his job. The store manager called a few days later to make sure I was satisfied. While I appreciate the manager's intervention, I don't think I should have had this much trouble with the store.

We didn’t want to completely redo two bathrooms – we just wanted to punch them up a little without breaking the bank. The rooms needed more light, so we decided to look for lighting fixtures that looked special – not run-of-mill. We went into Lamps Plus/Henderson just to look … just to get an idea of what was available and the cost involved. This store has just about everything at every price point! Fortunately, we met Howard who took the time to explain the various types of lighting, fixtures and finishes. We looked at numerous lights that might fit the bill, and Howard patiently researched and printed out the various options for us. We finally decided on a beautiful collection that fit the budget and could accommodate both bathrooms. After double checking the measurements, we confirmed the order with Howard over the phone. Howard arranged for their electrician to install the lights (additional cost), and within a week the lights were delivered and installed by Rob expertly. We really expected to research this project for at least a few weeks – we certainly never anticipated making a decision so quickly. Howard is personable, knowledgeable and tremendously helpful. With his assistance, we decided on lights that look absolutely beautiful – they’re unique and add the extra light we needed! Great experince!
