They were here within an hour of me calling on Saturday and very reasonably priced and I would use their service again.

Two men came within the designated time. They called 20 minutes prior to arriving. They moved the mattress from the second floor to their truck without causing any damage. They were friendly and completed the job within 15 minutes. The price was reasonable.

When I scheduled the appointment, I informed the company I had an entire house to clear out and itemized the majority of the items big items that I needed removed. I specifically asked if I needed to supply my own dolly, tools, etc. I was informed the guys had all the necessary tools and equipment and they would do a thorough job and even clean up the area after (sounds too good to be true? It was). I picked this company because other reviewers commented that they packed the truck and utilized space well. The first two guys to show up started removing junk from the backyard while we disassembled a shed (also to be removed). According to the phone conversation, they should have been able to do that for us, but we were more than willing to help out. We asked the guys to take the big, heavy things first--anything that wouldn't fit in our car. They were taking a few bigger furniture pieces, but mostly dining room chairs and smaller items. About 30 minutes in, they inform me the truck is at capacity--there's not even a dent yet. We asked them to dump it and come back--again, they had a list of what was to be removed. They tell us they can't come back, but they can schedule another crew tomorrow (this is my only day off and it's supposed to be done today--I specifically scheduled it for their first appointment of the day). They call the company and tell me someone can come back at 1pm. We're not happy about this, but better than nothing. We're able to get a lot of stuff out of the house to the driveway (while waiting for the next crew). The next crew, of three, shows up and we prioritize what we'd like removed (specifically the shed, the stove, and the bath tub). They took the stove and started loading the driveway haul as we worked on other things. We were informed the truck was at capacity. We went to look and the shed and bathtub were still there. When we said we mentioned those first, we were informed the bathtub is too heavy for the three of them to lift. I ask about a dolly and they don't have any tools (they also needed to borrow a screwdriver). I go over to the bathtub and granted can't pick it up by myself, I'm able to lift it and roll it by myself. I need this job done today. I told them to head to the dump and come back for the rest. I grab a dolly and we load the bathtub while they're gone--since it's allegedly too heavy for them. They come back and we're now helping them load their truck. I ask one of the guys about cleaning up and he tells me "we don't do that". Reminder, I was informed they do. They told me they were late for another appointment--after wasting much of my day. I should have just rented a dumpster and done it myself. It would have been far cheaper, faster, and less frustrating.

Great, as always with this group. Absolutely no problems. It has been a while, I've forgotten the cost---but it was and is always worth it.

The men called to give me estimate of the time they would be here. They came when they stated they had estimated. They were pleasant, polite and efficient.

The workmen were very quick and professional. They were friendly and very helpful. The removed and hauled away an entire truck load of junk from the yard.

It was a good experience. They were very quick and very efficient. It was an over-sized couch very heavy and big. Barely fit through the door so they had to do a little maneuvering, that's why I hired them. They did it quite efficiently. I would give them an excellent rating. I would give them an "A" in all categories. They were courteous, cleanliness and efficiency. Their efficiency stood out the most and their teamwork. They knew exactly what needed to be done and it took them just a few minutes to do what they needed to do. I've used them in the past a few times and I'd use them again.

I am with a national outfit by the name of Arwood Waste. I had a client in the service area of JunkMan that needed some items removed from a job. Every Junkman employee that I spoke with was absolutely courteous, professional, and super helpful toward the situation that I was in. Thanks to JunkMan and all of their affiliates!!!!!

I was able to get an appointment right away. I received a confirmation e-mail the evening before. The driver called me the morning of the appointment to let me know when he would be there. They arrived on time. Both of the men were professional, neatly dressed and friendly. I received a thank you email from the company the day after the appointment. I would definitely use them again.

Workers were on time and worked quickly and the company was always in contact and easy to get a hold of. Price at 244 was not the lowest but I would hire again based on overall positive experience.

First sent message, no reply...called, got answered right away. Bought a deal, they came out when it was scheduled. The two young men we polite and worked very hard and fast. They did a great job. I have and will use them again.

They were punctual, very professional, respectful and extremely affordable! Loved these guys and would definitely recommend and use again. Cost was about a third of another estimate we received, and they made sure to pack the truck as tightly as possible to save us even more. Really excellent company!
