Repair work was fine, the billing was not. Charged for travel time to my house. in addition to the service performed. The office was not forthcoming with info that travel time would be charged. I was told there would be an $85 min fee (which I am okay with for service provided but not the travel time). When I called the office to dispute the charge I was told there was nothing they could do about it.

I had an outdated setup and the video was grainy and I constantly kept losing the ability to see it remotely. I also kept getting false alarms due to the sensors that were installed by the previous company. The previous company wanted to charge me a service fee after sending someone twice and not fixing the issue. The Atlas guys came in and installed a new surveillance system that was not only much more pleasing to the eye but it functioned very well and they also fixed the alarm sensors and setup a new monitoring service for me as well. I really cannot say enough good things not only about the quality of work but they were very fast and left no mess. I recommend them to anyone.

This was a complete new store build out and my first. It required a lot of planning and problem solving. Atlas personnel were professional and punctual and very helpful when issues arose. Work was completed in a timely manner. Price wise they were the best as well. I will definitely use them again.
