"Horrible company. Call the guy out to work on my heater, it's around late April/May. He shows up late says his van is broken down, he looks hungover or coming down off a drug binge, then says he doesn't want to work on my heater because it's summer, tells me to call back after summer and he would take a look at it. Made sense, fair enough. Weather starts cooling down, call him back, and he just hung up on me, text him, no response, wait a few days, call him and he hung up on me. Don't waste your time with this company, totally not professional. If his work skills are anything like his people skills he probably does a s***** job."
