Hector made so many mistakes, to trying to change the price after we agreed, to buying the wrong materials, to not having the proper materials, to doing sloppy rushed work with many imperfections that he ended up bailing on , so I had to finish sanding, painting and cleaning up his mess. He left paint spots all over my floor and mudding stuck to my outside floor. His 2 days job which is a 8x9 room is going on 11 days. He tried to scam me out of $65 for a box of product that I knew cost $10.57, I am beyond upset with his sloppy work, lack of finishing the job and the mess he left as well as now I have to finish the job. He tells me he will be here a certain day then blows me off. Itâ s extremely frustrating to rly on someone and have my house in disarray due to his poor time management. I wish hector did a better job so we couldâ ve worked together in the future, but no, itâ s sloppy and half fast stuff

Hector does have a lot of knowledge in his files and works very quickly and promptly. but he also is very messy left paint and drywall dust all over my floors and the baseboards he installed were very uneven and sloppy he said he would fix it but did not then we discussed fixing and painting my closet door prior to him starting and he later said we never discussed that so he did not paint the door we agreed on one price for the whole job before He started and it ended up being 100s more when he was finished because of add-ins they did not talk about which We in fact DID! so just beware if u make a deal with this guy write everything down or record everything he says otherwise he will not remember and charge more later.

I selected Hector from a list of several potential contractors. Boy! Did I make the right selection. From the on set Hector displayed professionalism, knowledgeable in the project to be accomplished and completed same in a timely manner and was successful in finishing the job to my satisfaction (not an easy thing to do), his pricing was very reasonable. Hector was reliable and attentive. He responded to all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner. All requested work was done pretty quick considering how much needed to be done! I only wish he was around more to oversee the detail and quality control of his team's work, but he at least checked in and double checked areas that I asked. Will call him again for future projects!
