Heavens Garage Doors

I discovered a bolt on our garage floor that I recognized as coming from the spring assembly of our 14 foot high RV garage door. The door ((only 2 years old)) still seemed to be working properly, but I was concerned that it could fail at any time. After finding good reviews on Angie’s List, I contacted Heaven’s Garage Doors early on Monday morning, September 7, 2020. The Labor Day holiday. I left a message at their office and since it was a holiday, I didn’t expect to hear from anyone until at least the following day. Within 20 minutes I had a call back from them !!! I explained that it wasn’t an emergency, but I just wanted someone to check out our garage door some time during that week if possible. To my surprise, they said they could have someone over early that afternoon !! The standard service fee was $85 and no additional charge for the holiday ! Our technician, Manny, arrived about 1:00 pm and immediately went to work inspecting and lubricating all moving components of the door. He reinstalled the bolt that had fallen from the spring assembly, adjusted the spring tension correctly and made sure everything was working properly. The garage door now functions much smoother and quieter than it ever has in the past. I will now have Heaven’s Garage Doors stop out each year to re-inspect and perform a preventive service on this oversize garage door, to keep it operating in tip-top condition. I would HIGHLY recommend them for your garage door service needs.
