The service is great. The guys there are helpful and knowledgeable. I needed a new lock for the front door, so I went there. I bought a Kwikset lock they recommended, which cost $27.00 plus tax. I installed it and then researched the lock, and The exact same lock is $12.97 plus tax at Home Depot. That is more than double the retail price at Home Depot. I like to support small business, that that is really excessive.

Dave was very punctual - called prior to coming to house; we were given a two-hour window and he came within the first half hour. After fixing storm door lock, he explained his work and gave us information on the lock, discussing faults with the manufacturing of the door/system and what we may need to do in order to prevent this from happening again. The lock is not top of the line so he said this would last about another year. He also fixed the handles which were placed backwards. The safe was digital and he was able to open it. Told us that Sentry might be able to send us replacement keypad if we contacted them, but he wasn't able to replace the lock given how the safe was built. He was very clear in his explanations and suggested some options, including checking out the better quality safes in their storefront. There was no pressure to buy from them but just good information for us to think about. We asked for his business card and would definitely use this company again. I would highly recommend this company to anyone! I used the $15 off coupon. It was $55 for the service call and $80/hour rate (he was here for 45 minutes) for a total of $100.

Horrible service!!! Called the emergency number on two occasions to fix a deadbolt on a security door that they re-keyed a month prior. The deadbolt would not release meaning the door would not open. Left messages and they NEVER returned the calls. I had to hire another locksmith company to fix a lock that they worked on previously. Completely unprofessional and unreliable service and I would never recommend them to anyone!!!

I called prior to visiting the shop. I was given a very fair price (compared to the car dealership). I went down and was greeted immediately. He asked what make and model of truck. He looked it up in the book and proceeded to get the correct components. He made a test key, which I tried in the door and ignition. Then he make the expensive key. He walked out with me and tested it. Worked like a charm! Very courteous, friendly and professional. I will recommend them to all my friends and customers.

I could not be happier. Dave arrived at the promised time and rekeyed two deadbolt locks. The double front doors had some play and he secured the front doors in no time. I was tired of our cheap builder locks breaking and unable to repair properly. So finallyI researched Angies List and wanted to check out Green Valley Lock and Safe. I wanted a company that had a brick and mortar store, not working out of a truck or from home. So, I drove by their store and asked a bunch of questions. It was great that one of the owners helped me to obtain a lot of information. After discussion, I wanted to install Schlage locks and replace all locks as well as install some electronic keypad locks. They were very reasonable with their service price and advised me that I could simply buy the locks on my own and they would install. However, I even bought the locks from them. Why? because while I can save 20% - 25% buying on my own, I wanted to have them take ownership of everything ordered, install and also service it if any issues. Liked the service at the store, their technician came out timely and reviewed the ideas, we went back and forth until we all agreed. They ordered the parts and scheduled time for the install. Timely and great service. I would hire them again and I will recommend them to everyone!

Green Valley Lock and Safe was punctual, responsive and professional. He demonstrated his knowledge of locks and was able to fix the lock rather than having to replace the lock. I would recommend them and will use them again.

Excellent service! I contacted the company the day prior and was given a two hour timeframe window. The technician called 30 minutes prior to the START of the window and advised he was enroute. Upon arrival we discussed the work required and the pricing which was just what was quoted to me when i made the initial contact. The tech was very personable and we had some common prior travels which made the time (for me) go by more quickly. The locks were rekeyed and new keys made very quickly. Very good performance. Would highly recommend this company.

I phoned and received a quote for rekeying 4 deadbolts in my home. They honored their coupon and the quote came in at $105.00. After calling other organizations..I came back to this company because Renee was very professional and the price couldn't be beat. They came out the same day within the 1:00pm to 3:00pm time window they specified. Great price and great service.

Serviceman Todd came to hse. Extremely courteous and efficient, even played with my Maltese. He did the job in just a few minutes time. Definitely recommend him and the company!

We called and they were prompt and professional. They were abe to change our locks and re-key our whole house and outside storage to the same key. They even reprogramed code key combination locks to our own code from our previous home owner's code.

I was called to see if I was availiable BEFORE the agreed upon "time window", which was great! The technician was pleasant, Knowledgeable, and professional. He removed a broken door knob mechanism and reinstalled the knob so I could use the door until I could buy a new Doorknob which was not part of the original request for service. He also told me what type of knob to buy that I could key to the new key for the house myself. I would highly recommend this company to anyone

I showed him all the doors that I wanted him to re-key, when he first arrived and he confirmed with me exactly what I needed, the price and we went from there. He was personable and professional at all times. He removed all the locks then went into his van to get the locks and make the keys. Within an hour everything was done. I will definitely use this company again as they are reliable and professional. Great job!
