Description of Work: Added a bedroom and bathroom to our home for my mother with separate heating and air conditioning she can control. The addition seamlessly matches all of the exterior and interior finishes of the existing structure. Their workers were professional, polite and hardworking. Any questions or issues were quickly resolved. Would definitely recommend.

Description of Work: Completely landscaped our back yard. We had quite a few ideas about what we were wanting to have/not have in the yard. The man that helped us, Steve, was a huge influence on what to put in and where while incorporating out ideas as well. We have received numerous compliments as to the way everything worked out.

Description of Work: I emailed them about a job and they emailed back about a day later to say they didn't think they would be a good fit. I replied "why", they asked me to call them. So I did, when we were through discussing my project I understood why my project was not a good fit for them. They took the time to discuss everything with me. I feel they are a very good company.

Description of Work: I spoke to Donna and my project was a small one. She referred me to Leo, and advised that he worked with her company on projects such as mine. Leo promptly called as donna promised. Leo then referred me to Paul with whom I have an appointment for an estimate. I truly appreciate the referral and understand project management. Description of Work: We wanted to convert an empty room into a bedroom and bathroom with an outside entranc , and wanted several other unrelated improvements. We sought three estimates and although Fairless was a little higher than the other two we appreciated their insightful ideas. Everything was done timely and in an organized manner, and the premises were left clean and neat at the end of each day.we are especially pleased and would recommend - indeed have already recommended - Fairless to others. We rate them A++, and will utilize them again for another project.

Description of Work: I had pool deck redone last year 5/24/2011 and 11 mos have gone by and the pool deck is disintegrating. I have not stepped out in my back yard frequently but today in horror have that I will need to re do the ppol deck again.

Description of Work: We had a water leak in our entry way wall which damaged all of our flooring and a large portion of the wall. We called Fairless Homes for a quote...they gave us a quote the same day which was fantastic. We are very happy with the quality of work completed and everyone was so friendly and helpful, we had all new flooring installed,paint and baseboards. Everything was completed in a timely manner. We HIGHLY recommend Fairless Homes for all home renovations and repairs.
