Description of Work: Wayne repainted a rental home for me including all the closets. He patched damaged walls and repainted the entire home by hand, using rollers in three days, single handedly. He also came up with a cost effective solution for some carpet repair that needed to be done and cleaned the entire unit prior to the new tenant moving in.

+ -1 moreWayne was incredible! He painted the interior of my home (1819 sq ft)completely by hand (no sprays) and paid close attention to every detail. After one of my accent walls was painted I changed my mind and he helped assist in color selection and returned to prime and repaint it. He also added "sparkles" to my Granddaughter's paint! I would recommend Fabiano Painting to anyone who needs painting done.
Description of Work: Interior of new home painted with custom color including accent walls. Garage walls painted. Garage floor painted with non skid decorative flakes and sealed with epoxy finish.
