EMPIRE TILE

Description of Work: Quality of the tile was excellent, but installation was awful. We were told our tile was in stock so prepare for installation the next day. We had all of our furniture out of the house for a total house installation, then they said it was not in stock. We were without furniture in our house while they repeatedly said it would only be a couple more days. Some tiles were crooked and had to be fixed. They also took a fixture from one of our bedroom closets so it did not work and we had to call and get them back to fix it. If it wasn't for the great product, we would be very upset.

Description of Work: initial contact was brief. told that salesperson would answer any and all questions. salesperson was 3 hours late. upon arrival he glanced at space, measured one room, told us it was going to be expensive showed us no samples and actually ran out of house without answering questions. it was all quite bizarre. left us wondering what happened. the date of service is approximate as i have no paperwork to verify date.
