ELITE PEST CONTROL

These guys are great and did an excellent job in service, communication and getting the job done fast and efficiently. I found them searching around on Google and after getting answering machines from 3 other companies, the voice of an angel finally answered the phone at Elite Pest Control, Chris. She made me feel like a friend and not a customer even though that's what I am. After discussing a concerning and yet also an annoying bee hive problem in my water irrigation unit, she immediately got someone out. Dalton, a very nice gentlemen who came prepared when he showed up. His communication was also on point when he showed up at 7am this morning. Had the chemicals, bee suit and warm attitude to get the job done. He was done in 15 minutes. When you have small children, not worth the gamble doing it yourself or looking elsewhere. Total service was $150.00, money well spent!

I had used this pest control service for many years and had been pleased with the service. Within the past year they have become unreliable for showing up on time. I spoke with management and was told it would improve. They were supposed to be at my home early AM because I go to work early. They were no shows that day.. I called and e-mailed to try to get this problem solved, but no one even responded. After many years of service from them, I felt that I obviously was not a valued customer. Until they correct these problems and respond to phone calls and emails, I believe they earn failing grades for service.

I closed on my property and saw only a rat trap but my electrician was in the attic and saw it was never cleaned and the openings to protect for mouse entrance were never closed. I called and was never called back. The seller paid for the work and they were billed. I found a reliable company on Angie's list to hire on my own when I move in. Elite Pest Control is unreliable and steal payment for no work done.

Elite Pest Control has been providing services for my home since the day they have opened. I have NEVER had an issue. They call before they come and are always on time. Just a month or two ago, I found a wasps nest in my roof, they sent someone out the same day. I would recommend Elite Pest Control. They do great work and have friendly staff.

We are moving into a new home in Henderson and wanted to set up regular pest control. We were on a very tight time schedule but Elite promised someone would come to the house between 4 and 6PM. At 6PM, when no one showed up, we called and were told they were behind in doing work and didn't know how much longer they would be and they might no get there before dark. They did not have the decency to call us so we wasted 2 hours waiting for them. Needless to say, we won't be calling this unreliable company again.

I called Elite Pest Control, they responded quickly and took care of our problem, Having just moved to Las Vegas, they took the time to answer my questions, about "new" bug in NV and what to do and what not to do. I would recommend them to everyone. Prompt, Honest and great price.

The quality of the service depends on the individual that they send out. They have some good guys, and some that turn out to be bad. The ones that are bad, usually get fired within a reasonable amount of time.
