Elite Custom Window Treatment

Can I give 0 stars? Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT give your business to this company. I never leave reviews but my experience with this company warrants it. Initial consultation was great and Carla met with me immediately to give me quotes for roller shades. Pricing was a little cheaper than another place that I got a quote from ( this was already going to be an expensive job so I made the mistake of going with cheaper). Customer service is horrible... the installer came way past the time we had scheduled and literally was there for hours way past dinner time. They had Inaccurate window measurements, didn't bring shades for some windows, and installed the pull cord for the shade incorrectly, also did not have the remote for the automatic window shades. Fast forward a couple weeks later and another guy comes to install the shades on the remaining window, fix the other mistakes from the first install and gives us the remote. We were somewhat satisfied at this point because this gentleman listened to our complaints and knocked a little off the price ( maybe a couple hundred?)....we spent $6000+ by the way. Then they forget to give us the charger for the auto shades...took awhile to get that too due to horrible communication. Apparently they shipped it to our house but it never came...so I call bull and we had to constantly call to get this delivered. After all this headache we had to call them AGAIN. We had 1 shade that was sooo noisy when we rolled it up and issues with our remote. tried to schedule someone to come out and she canceled last minute saying someone called out. I still haven't been able to get someone out here. Complete silence when my husband and I have called and texted multiple times! The shades are just like any other shades you can get at other companies...so don't go through the nightmare of dealing with this garbage company. Once Carla has your money she's done dealing with you apparently. Go with someone else who values their customers and takes pride in their company!
