Desert Eagle Flooring

Very unprofessional. They replaced the tile counter tops with solid surface counter tops with integrated sinks. It took a lot longer than expected just for the counter tops to be ready. Almost two months before they called to say they were ready. When the crew showed up they immediately started tearing out the old counter tops. The crew seemed to be in a hurry during their work. They didn't cut or removed the silicone sealing the tile edges before tearing out the tile. They damaged the drywall and the frame of the bath mirror. At first they tried to say that the damage may have been there and then stated they are not responsible for damage. When they were done they left a lot of dust on the floor and a lot of chunks and sand like pieces inside the counters. I refused to sign the work order until the wall was repaired and they said fine and left. I tried to contact them but they did not return my calls until Lowe's intervened. They called and told me they would look into it and get back with me again later. Again, Lowe's intervened after contacting me about the service. They then told Lowe's that they were not responsible for damage.

One of the only contractors that I have hired that did a PERFECT job the first time. I hired them through Lowe's. I wished I could have gotten them to do my bathroom remodel instead of ARTILE, owner Giuseppe, who I am filing charges against with the Nevada Contractors board because of poor quality work. From the beginning, Desert Eagle sticks out in my mind as a truly professional company who produces nice work the first time they are there.

Highly professional, courteous, punctual staff who completed the work within budget and schedule. One of Desert Eagle's co-owners, Domingo Barraza, was a frequent visitor to check on quality. He had his staff correct minor details we hadn't even noticed. Our architect was so impressed that he added Desert Eagle to his list of favorite subcontractors. Desert Eagle Flooring has recently been retained by both Home Depot and Lowe's for their granite fabrication work.
