Del Webb Communities was an outstanding company to work with. We had a few minor problems but they took care of them right away. They were a triple A company. I did not regret using them at all. I personally believe that they were the best home builder in Las Vegas.

Del Webb Communities built us a very sound and solid home. We knew for sure because we hired a home inspector to look it over thoroughly. He gave us great reviews on our home. The quality of products used was very good and it was just a very nice home. We haven't had any problems to this date with our home that would be considered major or out of the ordinary.

The house is beautiful, and was built in a fantastic neighborhood. The building process happened while we were still living in California, so phone communication was very important to us. They were great about that. It was completed in a little over six months. There were a few problems after we moved in. The windows are very cheap, and one broke without much effort. The other main problem was the ineffective hot water heater, but we were compensated for that. For the most part we are happy with the way things ended up though.

Del Webb Communities was by far the best company we've ever dealt with. This was our sixth new home in many years so we dealt with several companies. They used high quality materials in the building of our new home. We haven't had any problems with anything. They had a web site to keep track of progress being made, but these homes were built in 60 days. If you blinked you would have missed it. It was a good price and we were completely satisfied.

Del Webb Communities were very good home builders. The whole process of buying the home went very smoothly. The guys were very helpful and answered all of our questions. The home itself is perfect. They did an excellent job building our home and there have not been any problems whatsoever.

The team of technicians arrived on time for the appointment and did a very good job of keeping the house in fairly good shape throughout the installation. We were worried about a huge mess, and brought this up, so they kept cleaning, while they were working. It took one day to complete, and we have had only one problem, which was with the compressor. They replaced this immediately for no charge. It has been working perfectly since then.

Del Webb Communities was a very reliable company. They built my home in about four months. After they built my home, they came back to make sure everything was alright and I was satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone.

Del Webb Communities did a wonderful job building our home. We have not had any problems with the home at all. The work they did was of very high quality. The price of our home was very expensive because our home was located in a Country Club area.

We did not want a very large house, so their representative worked with us to give us the type of home we wanted. Their attitude was positive, open minded and patient. We acquired a few upgrades at no extra cost, and ended up with a manageable home, that looks great as well. The construction was efficient, and took less than five months, so we could move in on time. We have not had any problems with it and the price was the best we could find.

Del Webb Communities did a very nice job on building our house. It was well constructed and they took care of any minor adjustments or repairs we requested them to do. They offered us a good selection of homes to choose from. I thought that they had great customer service and we had no hassles at all.

Del Webb Communities overall did a pretty good job on our home. The construction of the home went well and there wasn't any real hassles. The customer service department was tremendous and very helpful. We had a couple of repairs that needed to be done and they came right out to handle our requests.

The guys from the company were very friendly and they did a great job of keeping in contact with us during the building process. I would rather not discuss the pricing as I do not think feel that it is public information.

I had purchased a 24 month builder plan with Del, the plan cost me $150,000.00. This included the floor plans, material and building maintenance. So there was no charge for the first 24 months. After that, I had to set up other arrangements to pay for the other $150,000.00. The workers who performed this job were very efficient. They were always on time and worked very well amongst each other. They were looked over by well organized supervisors. I have no problems with my home and have not found any difficulties either.

Del Webb did a somewhat disappointing job building our home. We noticed that it seemed to be their intention to get a large amount of homes built at profit to them. The options list did not compare to other home builders, however the construction itself was of agreeable quality. The people treated us kindly but we just thought they could have offered more options.
