It was a wonderful experience. I had never worked with a landscaper before. He listened to me, answered all my questions and made some wonderful recommendations. He and his crew arrived on time, even a little early on the day that they were to work on my yard. They did a wonderful job, again were very patient with me. They cleaned up all the areas and even swept the street where the soil had been dumped! I highly recommend them and will use no one else. He is a little pricey, but I truly got my money's worth and will use him again in the future.

I used Angie's List to find this company. I phoned Adam, the president, using the phone number listed on the reviews on Angie's website. I asked for an estimate on cleaning my front yard and he said he could review my yard in the next couple of days. He stated that he already had clients near me and was familiar with the area. He confirmed a phone number at which to contact me. He was very pleasant and professional on the telephone. I didn't hear back from him as I had expected but since it's a busy time of year, I called Adam again three days after my initial contact and asked if he'd had a chance to preview my yard for an estimate. He apologized for his delay and quoted me an outstanding price of $60.00 and as I readily agreed, he scheduled his crew Tuesday, December 13th and explained that he would invoice me after the completion of the service. His 2-man crew was already busy and mostly finished by the time I arrived home on the appointed day. I greeted one of the men, Roberto, he seemed pleasant, friendly but not comfortable speaking much english. The other gentleman was hard at work with the leaf blower. They had the proper equipment, drove a pickup truck pulling a trailer, all with company logos with a professional look. I ducked inside to complete a couple of urgent tasks then gathered up tip money for the crew but they drove off before I got back outside. Here's the rub. The job of cleaning the yard was quite adequate especially for the price. The problem is that they left too much debris in the street and dragged much of it behind them as drove away. In our neighborhood, we are each responsible for keeping the street clean in front of our own house. I had to go out and sweep up the street in front of three houses--something for which I really did not have time. Additionally, I would have liked a follow-up call from Adam just to assess my satisfaction with the crew and their work however, that did not happen. I'm seeking a company to perform quarterly yard clean ups but I'm undecided about having this company return.
