Description of Work: When I contacted the provider and expressed my concern about him not following up within 48 hours, he claimed that he needed to get that off his ad, as that was an unreasonable time frame. He explained that he was going out of town and would contact me the following Tuesday. He asked me what I needed and I explained to him that I had a couple of minor leaks that needed fixing, along with a small deck repair. He explained to me that the 55.00 dollars was just for getting him to come to my home, everything else was extra. I've never heard back and unfortunately you have to pay these people upfront. What a scam!

Description of Work: My former pool guy stopped showing up so I needed to final a pool company asap. The owner of Complete Pool arrived on time, gave me a fair price (including cleaning the pool filters twice/year) and his weekly pool guy is nice and on time.
