Started sort of OK. Then deteriotated each week. Over $500.00 dollars worth of plants died which they blamed on the heat, naturally! As I checked, the plants in question were not getting any water from the drip system they serviced. Very aggressive billing practices, such as adding gas fees without notice, adding late fees 4 days after billing, billing does not reflect what period the service was for. Expect you to check your E mail for billing which is dicy at best. Very arguementative on all issues, seemingly they can do no be wrong! If you enjoy being abused and harrassed.......this is your company!

The crew they sent wanted to just do my front yard when we had agreed on front and back. When i got home from work the crew was gone. There was a wet towel and trash in my front yard. But in the backyard, they had used a blower and and my newly cleaned pool was full of leaves,debris,and dirt! Plus they had filled my kitchen with dirt by blowing it under the door. This is how i found it! About a week later they showed up at my door unscheduled. I was on my way out, but because there was a busted irragation line in the backyard, my husband let them work. They did work hard to fix that. Then about 2 weeks later again, unscheduled. They showed up at my door. Total lack of communication between their management and us and their crew did not speak english. This business is beyond unprofessional! I have posted pictures on facebook which verify the horrible mess they made.

CLM Landscaping did everything that I needed and were great to work with when I had over 1600 sq. feet of grass turned into desert landscape. I have also used their weekly yard service for over eleven years. This company is FANTASTIC!!!!!

Service provided one day after calling. I use CLM as a weekly lawn service. Owner is very responsive and all work is well done and reasonably priced.

CTM was here on time and completed the carpet removal and installation of tile on time and done even a bit earlier than was estimated. I am very pleased with the work and The CTM team was very careful to leave everything clean and as it was when they arrived.

They do a good job. I think they are the best landscaping company that we have used. They are knowledgeable, and responsive.

They did neglect my front yard, which I have brought to their attention. He is a little slow to get to things but he is busy. He has a couple of guys working for him and he sorta turns them loose. The backyard was so over grown you could not walk through it. They do a pretty good job. You sorta have to keep on top of them. Matt, the owner, will usually drop his guys off and go do something else. You have to watch what they are doing. This particular day I wasn't feeling well and did not watch them and the front yard was neglected. If you can get over the fact you have to wait til he can get to you they are pretty good. They trimmed one rose bush down to about the stump. But they trimmed 2 clumps of weeds beautifully. I would have old them to pull them out. He is here when he says he is going to be here.

The $98 charge covers 2 visits to do a bit of yard work. I feel there are two kinds of service people who are lax about billing: the lazy ones and the busy, successful ones. Matt Lovitt is not lazy. I gave #11 a B because there is never anyone in the office, tho the voice telling you that is his youngest daughter's very pleasant one and he will call back usually the following day. Besides, Matt knows I taught in the same high school as his parents who live in a nearby small AZ town and I can e-mail them at any time.
