+ -1 moreThis woman is smart, brilliant, always optimistic, She went to the ends of the earth for us to get us our dream home. I am not a person that is "looking on the sunny side of the street". I have just been screwed so many times. So I usually don't believe that a person that I don't know that well, would actually care enough about me to get it done! She did it! Cheryl is one of the only people I have met in my life that really cares. And when I gave up, SHE was the one that called and told me "It will happen"! You know when you meet someone that literally changes the way you perceive your world? Well that is Cheryl. In fact, to be clear, the only reason I joined Angies List in the beginning was for her! I want everyone to have the same experience that I have had. This is a lady that ACTUALLY CARES and FOLLOWS through!!! So! If you are jaded and do not believe that there are good decent smart fantastic folks that will work their butts off for you (for us it was between Christmas and New Years while her daughter was having her first child), I think you do not know Cheryl. This IS the lady! Get to know her. Brilliant, fantastic, smart, (very funny), ON YOUR SIDE!!!!!

Description of Work: Cheryl Davis was our realtor. She spent nearly two years helping us find the perfect home. we had to put it on hold for over a yesr, but when we were ready she was there for us. we felt that in every possible way she had only our best interests at heart. We were never pushed or told she was too busy to take us to view property. What a wonderful experiance to work with a great professional.
