I have used this vender before so tried contacting him again when a renter moved out. We had ordered the flooring so wanted the painting done. He did not respond immediately, but when he did, he was able to fit in the painting before the flooring. He also fixed a cabinet that was leaning and patched several holes in the wall. The job was finished quickly and looked great.

Santos was very punctual and professional. As luck would have it, he had been contracted by the builder of our home to paint all the homes in our subdivision when they were brand new, almost 8 years ago, so he was quite familiar with our floor plan & the original paint used. His estimate for the painting we needed was quite reasonable, and it included our choice of paint , which we selected at the designated paint store. On the agreed-upon date for the work, Santos brought over his 2-man crew, and every wall that needed to be painted was marked (so there would be no misunderstanding). The job was completed in approximately 5 hours, and the men left after thoroughly cleaning up. The painting was done very professionally, and we are delighted with the final product. The amount charged was exactly what we agreed upon. We will certainly use these people again when we have additional painting needs.

They were recommended by our realtor and we are so happy. Santos & crew were in and out in no time and cleanup was done well. Santos inspected it all with me before he let his crew leave. They did a beautiful job and all was completed in only 2 days so we could move in. He is very friendly and professional. It was obvious talking with him he was very experienced and delivered what was promised.
