The interaction was excellent. They were very professional. Very knowledgeable too. I'd say it was a very positive experience.

They were pretty nice. They did a thorough bid. It was just that they were a little bit higher than I wanted to deal with. They were right on time and very professional. I would consider using them in the future.

Very pleased with the work and it only took two days for both interior and exterior. Inside the house everything was wraped in plastic including the furniture, countertops, cabinets and floors. Just as much care was taken on the outside to keep the paint off the bushes and the lawn. Everyone was very professional and arrived on time.

They didn't give the lowest bid. They came out when they said they would. I got the estimate in a timely manner. I just didn't go with them because they weren't the low bid.

Certi-pro provided a timely estimate within 2 days. Day 1 was devoted to preparation of the exterior to include scraping, sanding, caulking, taping, and moving items away from the house that were in the way. Day 2 was devoted to finishing the taping and covering of all windows and doors, and then spraying the house. Entire house painted on day 2. Followed up with detailed inspections of work completed with another couple of hours devoted to any touchup work and any overlooked clean up work. Great job. Did what they said they would do at a very fair price. Would use Certi-pro again for interior work and would highly recommend them to others looking to have the exterior of their house painted.

We were pleased with the work. We chose them after we compared the quotes and the individuals that presented the quotes.

They were pretty good. They did a good job but I really had to keep a watch on them. I was at home all the time. They were really rough on my plants, and I had to make sure they weren?t missing spots. The final product was really good. They were here exactly when they said they would be.

They were very reliable and had a good crew. They showed up on time and finished on time. They cleaned up after themselves. They did a very professional job and I would highly recommend them. Their price was excellent. I have no complaints about them.

They were absolutely phenomenal and I would recommend them to anyone. They were very professional and did an excellent job. They were very willing to listen to any of my desires as far as the rooms were concerned. They asked ahead of time for my color suggestion and were helpful in picking up the paints. They were very friendly; I am a mid-west person and it really means a lot to me. People who smile and seem to enjoy what they are doing mean a lot to me. It was a very pleasant experience.

The crew arrived exactly on time and began work immediately at the direction of a lead worker/supervisor. The job was complex with many components, and the entire crew seemed to know in what order to proceed and how to do so. They spent a great deal ot time masking off bushes, windows, and things we didn't want paint on. As each step was completed, they checked with one of us to make sure their work was satisfactory. Part of the job was to gain access to the walls by moving a lot of bricks and other materials that were in the way. They did so cheerfully and replaced them exactly as they found them when they were through. All crew members observed appropriate safety measures. One even went back up on the roof at my request to clean a very high window I couldn't reache with mhy tallest ladder. We appreciated this "extra" a lot. Before they left, they cleaned up thoroughly. The company willingly and promptly sent the crew back out after the job was done to take care of "odds and ends" (there were very few!) and our house now looks great.

I called for an estimate, and there was someone there within a day. We talked about colors and what I wanted to accomplish with this project. At first, I declined to have the doors painted, but when I changed my mind a few days later, they added it on to the job without any problem. It took me several days to pack and move out everything that I could so that the painters could begin as soon as they arrived on painting day. It helped the process move smoothly, even though they had offered at the estimate to move anything I needed help with. I also made sure all surfaces to be painted had been washed so the paint would look it's best when finished. I was given a paint chip sheet to choose my colors from, or the option of going to Sherwin Williams and checking out their colors. I bought several sample colors and eventually decided on my scheme. The accent wall was to be a metallic paint that had to be specially ordered. On painting day, the men arrived on schedule. There were enough guys scheduled to finish the job within one day, except that when they went to pick up the paint, the specialty color I had order was not in from the manufacturer yet. In the event of this happening, I had chosen an "alternate" but the boss assured me that if I didn't mind waiting for the paint, they would come complete the job as soon as it was available - at no extra cost! This was great and so they painted everything else and finished the job a couple days later. Everything went smoothly, and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone considering a major painting project. I may be a little more expensive, but the job they did was well worth the extra cost.

I will say that I am very pleased with their work that they completed and I would use them again. This service was so good, the owner himself came out with his installers to make sure that everything was done right. That, to me, shows that my business was appreciated. Timing was great, work was good and they were even courteous. They cleaned everything up and did more then matched the previous paint job. The guys made it look so good that you couldn't even tell that it was just painted. They did a careful job. So careful that didn't even hurt any bushes while they were working. It took them only two days to complete the work and it was a pleasure having them around. I would definitely recommend them to family, friends and neighbors.

My first experience with CertaPro was of course the estimate. We were looking for several estimates to compare. Well, there was no comparison. Two painters decided to come late, and one handed us a business card with the price which was very low. At that point, we were a little discouraged with everything. We then made an appointment with CertaPro to come and do an estimate at 9:30am. To our surprise, the estimator showed up 20 minutes early. What was even more impressive was the professionalism displayed during this part of the work. He looked at all parts of the house, asked questions to find out what we really wanted, and created a proposal for us within the hour. It was slightly more expensive than the others, but you can't beat the service. Once we decided to book with CertaPro, they were able to finish the job far quicker than we imagined. The house was a mess as the job was being done, but the results speak for themselves. I recommend them highly. I will be using them again.

Painters arrived early and began work immediately. Before I knew it, the outside of the house was being painted. However, two of the employees stood and watched the TV while they were painting the french doors until another employee ushered them out. At the end of the day, the paint job was perfect! The house looked great! And once again, however, it was late, and they agreed to come back the next day for the final walk through. I found trash in the pool, trash around the yard, they forgot to paint the block wall, and they spilled paint on the cool deck and had to paint the entire cool deck instead of just a small section. They repaired everything I asked them to, and on the walk through, they touched up where I asked and I am very pleased with the paint job.

Certapro did a pretty good job. They were supposed to put some kind of protectant on the stucco before painting and since they didn't, there are still some water stains visible. Also, when I called them to come back and redo the work, they stalled and didn't come for several days. Other than that, they did a good job.
