I rate CertaPro as the best painting service I have ever used. On time, prepped the fence properly, used a high quality paint and left the yard as they found it (no need to followup after them). I highly recommend these painters. You won't be disappointed.

Facia needed painting as well as shutters and door. Called them and left message, to which was answered the same day. Later that day, Jim ( the owner ) came to give an estimate. He was on time and was extremely thorogh in explaining the process to be done. It wasn't just a paint job, but needed to be scraped , fill in any gaps and tighten joints. Then a primer was done and finally the painting took place. The day of the job to be done, his manager Steve arrived with two workers on time asplanned. They were very careful around the plants, even covering tham when possible. It was a good 6 hour + job and really looked very good. I was amazed at the carefullness and the care the exhibited doing the work. I can definitely RECOMMEND this company to any one. I know they do residential and commercial work and they treated us just as if we were a large project. Thanks to Jim and his crew for a wonderful job done. A1 rating.

Everything about the service was great. They were professional, timely, and the follow-up was great. I am going to call them again for any of my painting needs.

We contacted Jim for an estimate on painting our condo. He returned our call the next day and came by for a quote. We were immediately impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. We had initially planned to get quotes from at least 3 companies. However, after our initial contact with Jim, we felt confident enough to have his company perform the work. The workers were on-time and courteous. They did very good work. Touch ups were performed immediately. We were impressed with how they cleaned up not just our condo unit, but also made sure there was no trash left behind. They even made sure there were no paint flecks left on the steps and sidewalk leading to our unit. Most of the work was done in one full day, and they returned the next morning to finish and do a few touch ups. The quoted price included paint and we didn't pay until the job was complete. We were provided with leftover paint in case we needed to do any touch ups in the future. Overall, we were impressed with the experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to others.

I have to admit that they did a fabulous job painting the outside of our house, it?s beautiful. They are good painters, but their follow up was not so good. They neglected to tell me that they accidentally shut off the water to my sprinkler system and a week later my lawn and plants were looking dry. I had an irrigation company come out to look at it to tell me the sprinkler had been shut off. They denied that. Then I had them paint some rooms in my home, which was done just fine. The job was beautiful, but they broke and misplaced things. They broke the crown molding around my cabinets and were supposed to come back to fix it. They never showed up and won?t respond to my phone calls. That is why I will not hire this company again.I have to now hire someone to finish the job. I would not have them back. Update 1/16/13: I have now realized that not only did they cause the issues above, but they also installed the crown moulding upside down.

Service performed was a relatively small paint job for the exterior of my house - - painting of the facia boards around my house. Completed work was very professional and completed on time. Certa Pro Painters provides a true $100 discount to all Anglie List Customer.

Excellent service from bid to finish. Had the most professional pitch and bid process. They were very quick to return calls, punctual, and did a beautiful job in one day as promised.

Everyone involved with the job from the planning to the completion were professional and a joy to work with. The workers arrived on time and immediately got to work. It was really impressive how everything went so smooth and the job they did was excellent. My house looked like it did when I first purchased it brand new. Yes, I would hire this company again.

Very professional. Expected a higher price but was quite a bit higher (~$1000) than the next 3 estimates.

The painters arrived around 7 am and got to work. They were supposed to finish in one day but around 5 pm we got a call that they wouldn't be able to finish. They left our house a mess...it was so bad that me and my toddler had to go stay in a hotel because we couldn't get to anything that we needed (clothes, beds...). The next day they came back around 6:45 am and finished the job around 12 pm. They went around and touched up all the areas that needed touch up and helped my husband move all of our furniture back. Overall, I'm happy with the paint job but I was disappointed about how the house was left when they couldn't finish on time. We got a GREAT deal on the price so all in all I still think it was worth it. My recommendation to people would be to try to paint before you move in because no matter how well they cover your stuff there is still a lot of paint dust throughout the house. Oh and the owner Jimmy is really a nice guy. We really liked working with him, Steve, and Omar. Update 5/22/12 - After they finished painting we realized that our brand new vertical blinds weren't closing. I called Jimmy and left a message and it's almost a week later and still haven't heard back. I had to pay for the blinds guy to come out and take a look. He found that the railing on the blinds was filthy and covered in paint. I don't understand how there is paint when they took the railing down. Also, there was urine all over my son's toilet in his bathroom which is just disgusting.

These guys were GREAT. The GM, Steve, was friendly without being pushy. He always answered my calls immediately. They were on time and completed an entire 1750 sq ft house (ceilings, closets, doors, trim and moldings, patching, texturing) in 1 day. The crew was more critical of their work than I was. I would absolutely use and recommend these guys again.

Estimator arrived on time. Walked us through the job and answered all our questions. He came back with the workmen at the agreed upon start time and insured that they knew exactly what was to be done. Workmen were very professional, competent and very clean. Job was completed on time and clean up was through.

They did an excellent job. They were very professional. Other painters wanted more than half of the money up front. These guys didn't want anything until they were finished. They had supervisors there all the time watching the actual painters. The people that are going to rent it helped choose the colors. The price was a little high but we didn't mind paying more for the professionalism. We would absolutely use them again.

Jimmy arrived on time for his estimate appointment. He was very nice, thorough and professional. All things being equal, we probably would have chosen this company for the job. Unfortunately his quote came in very high--the highest by far of three estimates we received, even after he saw we weren't thrilled with the quote and immediately offered a 25% discount. Nevertheless, I still believe CertaPro deserves a positive review. I have no doubt they would have done a great job if price had been no object for us. Thanks anyway!

They were professional and responsive; I had a bid within a couple of days. They were pretty pricey so I might have them bid again in the future.

The crew did good work and they cleaned up when they left

The owner came to give us an estimate about 6 days before the work was started. He was friendly, gave us a detailed print out that explained the scope of the work and the price. The bid was comparable to others we'd received, but it was outlined in crystal clear language so we knew precisely what we were getting. When it came time for the work to be done, the crew showed up right on time for when they were scheduled to arrive. After a full-day of work they let me know the job would need to carry over into the next day (which was kind of expected). They arrived a little bit early for the second day of work and wrapped everything up in a half day more. Their warranty on the paint services is incredible, so if I see a spot on the wall that looks like the coverage isn't right in 6 months, they will return to fix that for me. This was my second time using CertaPro and I will contact them again for future paint jobs.

Even though Certapro's estimate was anywhere from $200-$600 more than other estimates we received, we went with them because of the professional presentation of their estimate. On the day of the start date, around 7:15 am , as promised, a fleet of trucks arrived with about a 6 or 7 man crew. After an initial walk thru, the crew started working on their assigned tasks and finished our 1500 s.f. home around 8 p.m. on that same day. The supervisor and his crew were very friendly and a very, very hard working group of individuals. A couple of men had to return the following morning for a couple or hours for some touch ups and things that were missed the previous day. They did not leave until we were completely satisfied with the entire job.

They responded in a reasonable time, and were very professional when they gave me the estimate.

I had my house painted by a friend of a friend. I was not happy with job. Catherin came and repainted and we wish we had used her first. Excellent job! Professional and prompt.

We have used the company before, so we contacted them to paint our home office. Estimator arrived on time, checked what needed to be done and gave us a understandable and clearly written quote on what was to be done, who was to do it, and when it was to be done. The work painters arrived on time, relocated furniture as needed, masked off areas not to be painted and primed all work surfaces the first day. The second day they painted and completed all trim work and completely cleaned work area.

They were quite professional. They even had a large portfolio to show me of their references and paints. They gave me a magazine with the current trends and color matching. They would do spray-painting, but the cost was a little bit more than I was willing to pay.

Was given quote with specific material needed, length of time for work to be completed and what we would expect when work is done, very friendly estimator Jim. Overall estimate experience was very pleasant. RJ the supervisor followed up with a phone call the same day to confirm the work to be done the next day. And was on time at job site to go over items needed to be completed. Received a call on the same day to notify work has been completed. Quality work and finished promptly.
