Required painting of exterior of home. They arrived when they said they would, tarp areas that were in need of protection, they were polite and professional and the job was well done.

We used Certa Pro Painters 3 years ago to paint the interior of our house. They did such a good job that we had them back to do the exterior. They did the exterior of our 1500s.f. home, a 50'by 10' back block wall, two other block walls, and the pool deck. The house and walls were a main color and an accent color. They did the house and walls one day and the deck on the second day, along with some minor touch up stuff.. No muss , no fuss, done and gone. They left everything in good shape and cleaned up after themselves. They were on time and showed up when they said they would. The work took place about a week after we got the estimate. Would not hesitate to use them again, but we have nothing left to paint for some time. Give them a try.

We received bids from 4 companies on Angie's List. This company was in the middle of the price range, but was exceptionally responsive to our request for quote, and provided information and advice in a timely manner. Very impressed with the painters, did not leave the job site until we were happy with the job.

Two of our neighbors used Certa Pro and were very happy with the result. We contacted Certa Pro, made an appointment with the estimator, who came out, on time, and surveyed the work to be done, sat down and did some calculations, and gave us an estimate, which we accepted. We upgraded the paint. We picked the colors. Certa Pro said they could do the job in one day. They have a fairly large crew. On the appointed day, the Certa Pro Crew arrived on time, discussed the colors and patching with us, carefully patched the stucco on the house and wall, and carefully masked off unpainted areas like windows and the patio.They indeed finished the job in one day. They cleaned up thoroughly and we happily paid them for a job well done. The house looks great and we would recommend them to anyone needing their house painted.

The color is exactly what we asked for. Paint quality is great; we went with the paint upgrade. The crew communicated well with us despite any language barriers. They did a great job. They charged exactly what they quoted. Only thing we would have changed would have been the price but who wouldn't want a cheaper price.

They were quick to respond and schedule our initial appointment for a free estimate. We did a total of 4 estimates and even if they weren't the lowest quote, we felt confident they were the company we should use. They didn't disappoint. Our project was slightly delayed due to the weather not cooperating, but they kept communicating with us and worked to reschedule it as soon as possible... They did a great job on our home and we would definitely use them again.

Love these guys. Over the years they have removed popcorn ceilings, painted the inside of my house, the outside of my house, my walls. They are incredibly efficient, they protect any surface that my possibly be adversely affected during the process, they clean up everything and they do great work. They may cost a little more but knowing that they do such good work and in a timely fashion trumps all else. We have a 2400 square foot house and when they painted the outside they finished the whole thing in ONE day. It looked like a small amy was here. and when they left you would never have known that anyone had been here except for the lovely new paint.

I was impressed with their quick and efficent service. Four painters showned up and covered everything with plastic including the doors and windows. They completed the job in a day including patching all the holes in the stucco. There wasn't a drop of paint anywheres and they picked up everthing they brought. Our house never looked so good. My neighbors were impressed and asked for their number.

The Owners were very nice and accommodating. The crew they sent out to my house couldn't have been better. They were all very polite and knew what they were doing and did it well. They take pride in their work. The office staff were very nice and helpful, too. It was a great experience overall and the results are beautiful. I'm already asking for a new quote on some ceiling repairs I need done after having new lighting installed. I will always use CertaPro for all of my painting and staining jobs. Very well. Omar was the foreman and he worked with me to find the correct colors I desired. He was very professional. The crews did very good work and cleaned up completey. I am very pleased with the looks of my home now. They gave me a $100 discount for being an Angie's List member.

Certapro painters did an excellent job painting the entire exterior of our home. They assisted us with selecting colors that fit our home and neighborhood. Our neighbors love the exterior colors and even asked for business cards of Certapro. Thanks again for all your hard work.

Met with the franchise owner for the estimate on 1/16/14. Scope of work explained and unique circumstances discussed to make sure that they could handle my special requirements/needs. Estimate was written and I took a couple of days to review the contract because the fine print was difficult to read very quickly. Also needed time to complete sprinkler repair and tree trimming prior to scheduling the job. In reading the fine print in the contract, I discovered that if you use a credit card to pay any or all of the costs, there is a 2% add on fee. As I intended to pay by check and credit card, I was able to negotiate and have this fee waived. Also, I was not comfortable with the price for the stucco work and painting of the perimeter block wall. This was negotiated as well and thus the final price was as noted above. Work was started on February 4th and continued on the 5th........the 6th was rained out and the reschedule and completion date was 2/10/14. As the work was being completed, I walked around the house and noted that there were areas that were not completed according to the agreement and as I was being told that they were almost done, I decided to put my concerns in writing and sent a detailed email to the franchise owner on the morning of 2/10/14. He then forwarded it to the supervisor whom I ended up having to show each and every area of concern.............he gave instructions to the crew and then left. The crew advised me that everything was done. When I inspected the work, I found solar screens that had not been re-secured properly, trash left around the house and on top of the house, the pigeon screen had not be put back properly, along with bricks that had been removed from around a tree in order to paint the block wall and had not been put back in place.........the 2 issues that were not addressed by the crew...........the bricks and the pigeon screen............I told the crew that they needed to either complete the work or call their supervisor for instructions and to let me know when it was completed. The supervisor returned about 45 minutes later and the bricks were put back in place and the pigeon screen properly replaced. At that point they finished cleaning up the yard and l signed off on the completion of the job and wrote the check for that portion of the project and received a call a day or so later for the credit card information on the remaining monies owed. During that conversation, I had to remind the person who called that the 2% fee had been waived. Needless to say, I have a completed job, but not without due diligence and the extra effort needed on my part to insure that the contractor did what they said they would do.

CertaPro Painters of Southern Nevada were professional, on time. They had all their references, experience and licenses and stuff. I checked them out, and they had lots of good feedback from the community. We didn't end up going with them for the job, but the decision was awfully close.

Jimmy came out to give us the estimate. He was early and spent a lot of time going over the proposal. The painters showed up on time and everything turned out so nice. They had to come back out to repaint one room but that wasn't because of anything they did wrong, due to previous texture of walls. They tried to keep mess to minimum and were professional. Am very satisfied and I am fairy picky. Would definitely use again.

We purchased a resale home that had only a single prior owner, and is 7 years old. The home is just under 3,700sf in size, 2 stories and at first glance, the interior paint was in good shape. After getting to know the home better, the interior paint that we thought was satisfactory to leave as-is, began to look less satisfactory. I had always planned on having the baseboards repainted, but thought we could just do some minor touchups on the walls, doors and trim. After closer inspection, I found that the chips in the drywall, numerous stains, holes as from picture hooks, TV mourning brackets, etc., were going to be too extensive to leave alone. I contacted a painter we had used a few years ago to paint the exterior of our old home, and after reviewing the job with us, which we were still hoping to do by touch up, suggested that CertaPro might be a better choose for us. We contacted Jim at CertaPro, and made an appointment a few days hence. He was right on time, and he told us, as had other painters, that trying to match 7 year old paint was going to be difficult, if not impossible. In addition, there were cracks in the drywall in ceilings of several rooms that would have driven me crazy if I had left them alone. Further, we had one room that was painted a hot pink, obviously a little girl's room, and this room also had a very dark brown accent wall. My wife decided that she wanted that room, and one other bedroom, to be painted in a green shade. The decision was made to paint the entire interior, except for the white ceilings (though the cracks were to be repaired and touch-up painted). We picked a lighter shade than the house currently had. We had just installed very expensive brand new flooring (the entire first floor in ceramic tile, upstairs bathrooms in tile and 2 bedrooms in pre-finished wood) and my past experience with spray painting on a home interior had me terrified that the floors had the potential to be covered in dried paint and dust. CertaPro assured us that the floor would be completely protected. I was unsure, but authorized the work. They completed the job today, after starting on the prior Friday morning, a total of 3 1/2 days, start to finish. Good as their word, every square inch of floor was covered in plastic, and the work performed was very well done! We have several architectural indentations in the walls that had been painted in colors darker than we liked, and those are now in a lighter contrasting color, and look perfect. The pink room was transformed to the green we selected, the dark brown wall was completely covered, the baseboards and trim, including all the interior doors, are now a gleaming gloss white. We did a final walk down today, and found only 3-4 tiny imperfections that were immediately addressed. We could not be happier! My fears of damage to the flooring were unfounded. They did a wonderful job! Note that we had this work done prior to our move, and no furniture had to be moved, though the painters removed and reinstalled all the window blinds, and there were many of those! They did not miss a single detail. In fact, a few dark stains in some pantry shelves (behind closed doors) couldn't be covered with the latex paint they used, so they actually got some oil based paint to be a better barrier to bleed through, and it looks wonderful! Originally, we were not planning to have the exterior of our home painted, at least not right away, but the work was so well done, we decided that we didn't want to wait. We are going to have these folks do the exterior as soon as we can get our paint color choices approved by our HOA. Highly recommended!!

The work included painting the front door, garage door, adding stucco to support the side gate, smooth out edging on a side garage door, fascia and painting the primed areas. Everything went very well and the work was completed in one day.

They also did extensive repairs to the drywall where large holes were cut for electrical work and where we took out a partial wall. As in any job we made alterations to the original contract and they were very flexible. They workers were all very polite and professional. Next year when we do more work I don't think we will bother other bids.

They were on time and very good at what they do. I needed a swamp cooler removed in my garage and the wall repaired and stucco the job they did was great you can't even tell where it was in the wall. The painting was excellent they cleaned up everything after the job was done it took about 3 days because there was so much painting then the rain came so they weren't able to finish the rod iron on my fence within a few days they returned and finished. I didn't need to give them a deposit the bill was to be paid at the end of the job. Then I called them to do interior doors and once again they were very professional and on time another great job. This is the company I will call from now on.

The paint looks great! The company was very professional and did a great job! I had given them the wrong paint for touch ups on the ceiling and they went and had the right one matched up to make sure that the paint job looked great! They cleaned up everything nicely and made sure that I was happy before I left. I appreciated that, because I was afraid that I would come home and find mistakes they had made and have to call them back. But I was very happy with the job they had done and would definitely recommend them to others.

We bought this house new. We wanted to wait 4 or 5 years before painting the inside, but life got in the way and now we can no longer do it ourselves. we got tired of looking at contractor white all over the house. The ceilings, walls, and woodwork were all the same contractor white. We wanted some soft colors to enlighten the inside of our home and have white woodwork and doors. The stucco looked fine, but the contractor paint apparently lost its protection, so we were advised to have that painted also. An A+ is not a high enough rating to give to this company! Jimmy provided us with his insurance certificate and pages of references. The entire job took 2 1/2 days. We were so lucky to have such a wonderful crew! Omar, Ishmael, Carlos and Jose were here the first day to 'wrap up our rooms' and prepare everything for painting. The next day, 2 more men (don't remember their names) were added and the entire house was painted inside and outside. We had to leave for 6 hours so that we were not exposed to the paint spray. We were shocked when we came home to find just about everything finished! These men worked non-stop. And since we could not move our heavy furniture or take down window treatments (they require going on a ladder), they did that for us. (Extra charge for the furniture moving and taking down and putting back up window treatments. Of course we expected to pay extra.) Let me tell you this - these men were so respectful with our furniture and things. NOTHING was broken or ruined. In fact, they went above and beyond what they were required to do and we can't thank them enough. They also cleaned up afterwards. While we were putting our stuff back together again (once the guys put the furniture back in place) we had a laugh: One of our cat's little furry mousie toy was found - and carefully placed on one of the tables. We thought that was cute. (Our cat was put in a kennel during those days.) We would absolutely recommend Certa Pro in Henderson if you want a professional job done, exceptional work crews, and a reasonable price. This has to be one of the most honest companies we have ever dealt with. P.S. - We live in Pahrump, which is a considerable distance for these guys to travel back and forth - and they were always prompt. We love our new "new" home!

CentraPro was very responsive in providing an estimate and answering follow-up questions. They scheduled the painting within 2 weeks of signing the contract. The crew showed up on the appointed day and time. They were very professional, and worked quickly painting the house in a day. They did everything - purchased the paint, taping, washing, preparation, painting and cleanup. We did a walk through at the end of the day, ensuring that everything we contracted for was done - it was. They did a very good job, their work was high quality, their price was very competitive. (We got 4 estimates.) The crew was polite and professional. I would use them again, and recommend them for exterior house painting.

They are very professional. Everyone they sent out spoke English, which I was very impressed by. Their guys seemed really happy, like they were having a good time and enjoyed what they were doing. I didn't feel like I had to bird dog them. I watched them for about 10 minutes and then left them alone. I felt very confident that they would get the job done. They were very clean and the place looked immaculate after they left. I take pride in my home and would have no quams with referring them to any of my friends. Their price was competitive for the area. They told me step by step what they would do. I walked through with the foreman afterward and together we found a few discrepancies and they took care of them right then and there! I'm a carpenter of 25 years and they work the way I work. This was a great experience.

I personally made a mistake on the color I chose. The color turned pink on the walls. This wonderful company, Steve, Omar, Jimmy, and the president, allowed me to select another color. They were MOST ACCOMMODATING and stayed an extra day to repaint the area which was pink. Omar worked with Sherwin Williams on Pecos and Windmill to ensure the color that I chose was perfect. I LOVE THE PAINTING! These people are perfectionists. They notice the smallest nicks and ensure they are repaired. I had a dark blue wall in one bedroom and it took over two coats to cover. They do not charge per coat! They: 1. stick to the agreed upon schedule 2. clean up after themselves every night 3. keep in close contact with you for every step 4. honor your schedule 5. are ethical, honest, and fair! 6. leave your home in perfect condition! IF you are planning on painting anything, please have CertaPro Painters do your job~ you will never be sorry! NOTE: Please be careful of other companies. They will give you a bid BUT if a color does not cover in one - two coats, they will charge you extra. CertaPro does not do this. Their bid is their bid!
