Brian arrived as promised and replaced our smoke detectors which were malfunctioning. We were in a panic because we couldnâ t get them to stop and our dogs were terrified. He was at our home within a few hours. His quote was reasonable for the amount of work he had to finish.

I scheduled to have two outdoor lights replaced. Brian arrived at the scheduled time and started work. He discovered the bulbs recommended by the seller werenâ t the correct ones. He offered to go get the correct bulbs. He got both lights installed very quickly even with the side trip for bulbs. Brian was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Carmel Electric and will definitely use them again.

They were very responsive and came out to replace our beeping smoke detectors up on 25 ft high ceiling the next day. Paul was very knowledgeable and we felt comfortable having them do the job. With a new smoke detector that’s supposed to last ten years, we shouldn’t have to worry about them for a while but if anything comes up I’ll call them up with no hesitation. Thanks for a good job done.

The electrician, Willem, was super helpful. He took time to diagnose the problem and clearly explained what should be done. The work was completed to my satisfaction so we should not have any more problems. He also installed 3 new GFI outlets and a new wall switch for the fireplace that had been acting up last winter. Office staff was a pleasure with which to deal. Very professional.

They rescheduled several times. The electrician arrived late and was hurt. He left after an hour and did not return. There was no second electrician that I agreed to pay for. I texted and called owner several times. Called the office and canceled work.
