Very hard worker, nice personality and a pefectionist.
Description of Work: Carl Rea Jr. of Premium Concrete was recommended by a friend to redo do the kool deck on our front patio. We wanted the old decking removed and a new coating applied. He quoted us $600 and said he could start soon as he was working down the street. A few hours later he grinding off the old coating and then prepared the concrete for the kool deck coating. He left at dark! The next day he was back first thing in the AM and was back at work. He applied the coating with the color we had selected. He then looked at our gate and the concrete pillars on either side and said they looked bad and asked if he could paint them at no extra cost. The deck came out beautiful and the iron gate was prefect. Great experience. Right now he is doing several other jobs in our neighborhood.
