Danny was courteous and was able to rearrange his schedule to accommodate my rush request. Overall the quality of work was okay, but not spectacular. His crew was out here for 2 days. Our yard looked fairly bad when they started due to lack of proper maintenance on our part and all the water leaks from the old irrigation system. When they finished the difference was significant enough where I did not notice the details until several days later as I showed my friends and family the improvements. I was ecstatic with how much better my yard looked once they were done and unfortunately let that cloud my judgement in final walk through. My biggest pet peeve about vendors is that they clean up after themselves when they are done as that is part of what I am paying for them to do. At the end of the 1st day I found multiple water bottles throughout my property along with a few pieces of irrigation lines. I was okay with the irrigation pieces as I expected those to be removed when the entire project was finished, but the water bottles were completely unacceptable. Unfortunately I did not mention this to Danny, but I also don't feel like I should have to say anything as I was adamant about clean up in my bid walk through (and on the list of project items I gave to Danny). Danny and I did a final walk through and he was going to ensure his crew finished cleaning up after themselves, buried the exposed irrigation at my front gate, and add a little more packing sand to the pavers. I then went inside and assumed all that was taken care of until about an hour later when I realized they were gone. I called him the next day to let him know the line at the gate was still exposed and the pavers still needed sand. I should have expressed my frustration with having had to clean up water bottles 2 days in a row, but I didn't. He came out and took care of the exposed line and the sand. A few days later I noticed that the bushes in my front yard didn't look right. When the crew installed the new irrigation system they neglected to water the plants down after installation so the bottom of all of my bushes - even the new ones they installed - were covered in dried mud. I had to wash them all down and that is frustrating when it should have been completed by the vendor. For the following 2 weeks following my husband and I continued to find miscellaneous pieces of irrigation system in our yard. Had Danny been more thorough with his daily walk through I believe he would have found these pieces and disposed of them...it was frustrating to have seen him walk through my yard picking up debris only to find that he missed a lot of it. A supervisor is only as good as his crew and this crew did not have attention to detail when it came to cleaning up after themselves. The pavers turned out wonderfully! They look much better than we expected and we're so happy to have an easy path to our gate now that we're happy Danny recommended pavers in lieu of stepping stones. It's been 2 months since installation and one of my plants is dying. This weekend my husband inspected it to see if there was an issue with the sprinkler heads only to find that there aren't any sprinkler heads. My plant is dying because it's not getting water and that was the primary reason I hired Brady Landscaping - to replace my irrigation system. I have no doubt that when I call Danny after posting this review to inform him of the issue he will come by personally or send someone to remedy the situation, but again I'm frustrated that as a supervisor Danny didn't inspect the work to ensure completion. I'm happy they were able to rush the job, but would have gladly waited another week or two if it meant another crew would have performed the work to my standards.

I had gotten three bids for the work that needed to be done. Each person was told the extent of what was to be done and Dan came in with the very best bid. I didn't go with his company only because at last minute a tree trimmer guy that I knew let me know that he also does landscaping. After showing me some pictures of his own yard and ideas, I had my tree trimmer friend do the work. Otherwise I would have gone with Brady's. I know they do good work and the estimate was around what I expected to pay. The other guy was way over the mark and I felt he was trying to shake me down a bit. But Brady's was right on the mark.

They are very professional and price compared to others was reasonable. It was more artistic and flowed nicely. The finish product was nice and then I moved. They were very punctual and very accommodating. The price compared to other companies it was fair.

Danny was on time and very nice. He seems very good at his trade. He spent a lot of time walking my property, taking measurements, and notes. He asked questions and was considerate of my ideas (or lack of them. lol). He will come back, take photos, and come up with a great design for my front and back yard. I am looking forward to his designs and suggestions for my property. =)

Danny called to set up an appointment for service. He is always on time or early and listened to what we wanted done, made some suggestions and contacted his experts for advice. His work crew is professional, courteous, and treats our landscape and home as if it were their own. His services are excellent and I would recommend him to anyone.

We bought a house last years that needed some remodeling and yard work done. Out of all of the contractors that we used on the project (which was about a total of 8). Brady Landscaping was the best contractor that we have worked. Their prices were reasonable. We had quotes from other landscape and design companies whose prices were significantly higher than Brady Landscaping. Danny (the owner) was helpful in providing us with landscaping designs for the front and back yard. He showed up every day at the beginning of the shift, and several times throughout the day. Danny and his crew were friendly and polite and very hardworking. A few months after the last job was completed a few of the plants died, they came back right away and replaced them. Neighbors have commented on how nice our yard looks and others have said that we should host weddings in our backyard. They do AWESOME work and Danny provides the highest level of customer service. My husband and I are always recommending this company to others and if you are looking to have landscaping or lawn care done, I highly recommend Brady Landscaping.

Very well job was done on time as promised.

They are very hard workers. His price is very competitive. They are all very professional and respectful around my house. They are all personable and very friendly.
