I asked Chris to remove the tumble weeds that are piling up in the yard. He had the nerve to tell me that was extra! After several texts going back and forth he basically said he’s keeping my money I paid for upfront services and will not finish out the month. He also quoted fertilization as part of the monthly fee and had the nerve to send me a bill for fertilization of $140 which was part of the $140 I already paid. He also kicked a piece of cactus onto my neighbors yard instead of picking it up from my property! He’s lazy, dishonest, and immature. He Stated that because I cancelled after a month (because he wasn’t doing all of his job) that he’s keeping my money and will not be finishing the services I prepaid for the month!! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IMMATURE AND LAZY!! He wants to overcharge for every little thing!!

He does exactly what he said he would do and does it like clockwork each week. Very reasonablly priced service provided in Boulder City. I couldn't be more pleased with his work and dependability.

Chris' work is professional. He is always mowing my front yard every Tuesday at 9:30 AM like clock work. For the past 3 years he has not missed a Tuesday. He will notify me if he has to miss a Tuesday; and then let me know when he will complete the job.
