Assured was prompt and professional. The best part was they actually charged less than the quoted price. Our great technician explained that the broken mechanism was less expensive than they originally thought and so they passed the substantial savings along to us.

No issues. They keep us well informed.

The tech arrived promptly. Walked the pool while touching and feeling all areas. We talked about an acid wash, chlorine bath and couple of small plaster issues (which is not part of their scope of work.) I was Elated when he told me that my pool was not in need of their services! Saving me hundreds! Complimented me on my tile cleaning job and told me I could begin filling it back up. So, the BEST customer service EVER just moved up to the GREATEST! Thanks Assured. I will be referring you to everyone.

We have used this company for over a year and by far, they have taken the best care of the pool. This is a rental property and as the owner, we don't get over to see the pool every week, but every time that we have checked the pool status it is absolutely amazingly clear and clean. BTW, the tenants don't perform any maintenance on the pool. We have used three other pool service companies prior to engaging Assured, and they all were horrible. When the freak hail/rain storm hit last summer the pool filled with mud and rocks from the landscape areas of the yard, Randy made the time to make sure that the pool was cleaned up quickly since our tenant was having a pool party the next weekend. We would highly recommend this pool contractor for any type of pool maintenance/service.

Wonderful!! A very honest and fair company

I found Assured Pool & Spa from a friend who had recently hired them. They spoke so highly of them I thought I'd give them a try. THIS is the best thing I ever did. My pool was a mess the old company came when they wanted, used more chemicals than needed and my filters were so dirty it took 2 guys to lift them out (to think I was swimming with water filtered through that). Within 1 week Assured Pool had my pool completely turned around and on the right course. They know what they are doing and keep me informed by showing me and explaining why. They never make me feel stupid either in fact they encourage my questions. They are also VERY fair with pricing I now have peace of mind knowing I am getting quality service and dependability. The old saying you get what you pay for is so very true! Don't be fooled by cheap prices trust me those companies are not worth it.

I don't normally write reviews, but Assured Pool and Spa deserves one. I have been using them for the last 8 years and we couldn't be happier. Randy, the owner, is the most honest genuine person I know and you can completely trust what he says and does pertaining to the care and upkeep of your pool. My pool always looks in amazing condition and any issues are promptly addressed. I will use them for as long as I have a pool and will ALWAYS recommend them highly!

No worries no green pool and they were kind enough to wait till we got home to collect payment. This company has exceptional customer service in a world where that seems to be lacking in most companies. I can always count on them to give me options and educate me so I can make a decision that meets my needs. The price is always more than fair.

The people at Assured Pool & Spa is a family operated and owned company. I am a senior and I told them about my limited money situation. They were very professional and not only did the work for me but also gave me a price that was very affordable. The work was done in a timely matter and very much to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs work done to a Pool, Spa or Waterfall. They also gave me a three year warranty on the pump and one year on the work that was done.

Our pool filter was leaking and my husband had tried everything to fix it. I called Assured Pools and spoke to Sharon who turned out to be the owner. She was delightful and very helpful. Even though they were booked solid that week, she squeezed us in to access what we were dealing with. Her sons, who are a part of the family business, were so polite and helpful. They informed us the filter housing was warped and it would not be cost effective to fix due to age. We were already having trouble getting filters for it due to its age. We were offered a really great price on another much newer model that they had. We knew it was a great deal as we had already been pricing them out. Our pool filter was original to the home so it was time anyway. They came back on Monday morning and everything was complete within an hour. They even rerouted some PVC pipes that were installed at an awkward angle originally. We are very pleased with this company from the outstanding customer service, to the wonderful job they performed! Honest and reliable 5 stars!

Pools is very clean Chemicals are fine Workmen are polite, efficient, and reliable If I have any questions, they are either answered by the poolman or answered immediately by the service owner.

Randy and Sharon were the best service providers we have ever used in southern Nevada. Randy has been cleaning and maintaining our pool for approximately 8 months and he is fantastic- our pool is spotless thanks to Randy. Both Randy and Sharon are kind, honest, timely, and courteous professionals at all times...rare these days.

Every week Assured Pool & Spa Service comes to clean our pool. They are consistent with the day and time and communicate and respond quickly to all questions I may have, including purchasing new equipment or learning something about our pool. Staff is very friendly and reminds me to add water when I am forgetful. Every week I can count on them to do a good job and leave our pool sparkly clean, ready for swimming.

He does a wonderful job and he is not expensive.

We've been using Assured Pool for several years at our rental property in Las Vegas and they are the best we've ever had. Professional, very experienced, reliable and responsive. They're a locally owned family business and a pleasure to do business with. We couldn't be more satisfied and our tenants are very fond of Randy.

I call Assured Pool and Spa and the owner Randy came out within 4 hours of my call. (it just happened that he was in our area that day). He checked our chemicals, equipment and filters. It was determined that we needed to clean our filters and balance the chemicals. Randy took care of the chemicals and we cleaned the filters. He has called us 2x every week and stops by 1x week to check the clarity. We have been so impressed by his honesty and desire to see we get our pool back in good condition that my husband and I decided to hire Randy and have him service our pool monthly. There are so many companies that lack customer service it has been refreshing to deal with Assured Pool and Spa. We are so impressed that we told 2 of our friends about this company and they both have hired them as well!

Assured Pool is GREAT! I've lived in the valley for over 20 years and have always had a pool. I have had other companies come out to help out, but none of them come close to this company for service, price, & that extra element that separates the so-so's from the Awesome. I would recommend Assured Pool Care to my closest friends and neighbors without hesitation. They fixed my problem. They saved me money in the short term and the long term. I am sort of picky.....and Assured Pool exceeded my expectations. Our pool has never looked so good! Randy is thorough, extremely dependable and knowledgeable. The fact that he is consciences and honest will serve you well. He will be suggestive of what is necessary to maintain your pool. There are a lot of pool service companies out there, but not like these guys. They are second to none. They show up every week, and not only make sure the pool is clean they maintain the pool equipment as well. They are very prompt and professional, and very affordable. It was spring time and my pool was in bad shape, green algae took over and it just look a mess. A friend our ours referred me to Randy at Assured Pool and Spa. So I called up Randy and he was able to come out and do a consultation that day! In two days our pool was back to crystal blue. I also hired him for a weekly pool cleaning service. I don't even need to worry about our pool any more because it has been perfect ever since. Assured Pool and Spa is professional, knowledgeable, and their prices are competitive. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and always do!!!!!
